For grievance mail a standard robotic reply from a person named Surendra Yadav at the bottom is received. Shameless customer service It seems you are trying to reply to my mail without reading it properly. What scan copy are you speaking of. Please do not mention the number[protected] because I tried for two days and I have mentioned below what was happening. Later I found some numbers from Google and spoke to one Disha and she asked me to call Pawan but of no use. Let me explain you once again what has happened. In Oct2017 our TOI subscription ended and we called several times the TOI numbers and we spoke to Diksha, Hardik and they told us that the person will come and collect the cheque (You can check the call records and you will find these calls in Nov2017). After that also we kept calling. Meanwhile there was a vendor change and we asked the new vendor that when we get the coupons we will give it to him. Eventually we had to pay cash Rs.2500 for no fault o[censored]s to the vendor. Now when I found the new numbers and called them Diksha and Pawan they refuse to renew the subscription from Nov2017. Why should the customer suffer due to the carelessness of TOI customer care staff who is being paid and not doing their job properly. Diksha clearly told me that their is a call in Nov2017 and we had noted her name when we called but now they say it might have been a mistake but you start subscription from now onwards.
