My customer ID is MU[protected]. I have made a subscription for 6 months package of Maharashtra Times & Times of India - Economics Times on 19/01/2021 starting from 25/01/2021 to 24/07/2021.
And made the payment of Rs. 754/- for Maharashtra Times & of Rs. 1300/- for Times of India - Economics Times through Google pay.
But on 21/01/2021..I made a request to cancel my both the subscriptions due to sudden plan for change of city for a 6-7 months. Also I requested to process refund to me for the amount of Rs. 2054/-.
Also on 5/03/2021, after telephonic complaint for no response from them... I received a mail requesting my bank details..
& i responded with my bank details to it on 5/03/2021 & also on 17/03/2021.
Since than I have not received my refund.
I sent a reminder mail to them on 8/05/2021, for which I received mail with apologies & request to wait for few more days.
It's 26/05/2021 today.. Yet I have not received my refund.

As usual TOI kept silent and now the vendor has stopped delivering newspapers w.e.f. 27/10/2020. When I again took up the matter with TOI, now I received a reply that it is the prerogative of the vendor to ask for delivery charges. What was the reason for this inordinate delay not once but twice?? Now with what face will I ask the vendor to resume delivery.
I have demanded a refund as I have opted for another newspaper. I am sure TOI will again sleep on the matter. The helpline number provided by them is anything but helpful. There is no response on the number.
I request TOI through your medium to initiate my refund without any delay.
