[Resolved]  Times Of India — request for address change for subscription

I have subscription of newspaper of 'the times of india' and 'maharashtra times'. Customer id is [protected]. I have shifted from naupada, thane to vrindavan society, thane on 27 aug 2019.in this regard, i had emailed the request for change address and delivery of newspapers to new address on 27 aug 2019. Toi crm team had requested for proof of address change for their record on 29 aug 2019. Accordingly, i have submitted/ emailed the registered agreement to crm team on 08 sep 2019 (Delay is because of non receipt of agreement copy at my end). However, till date newspapers are not being delivered at my new address and crm team is not providing response to my emails. Please be informed that i am not getting subscribed newspapers to my new address since 27 aug 2019 for which i have already paid.
