Times Of India — Stop receiving of TOI + BT and change of address

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am regular annual subscriber since near about 20 years of Times of India and Bombay Times. I have paid you amount of Rs. 699/- for the annual Subscription, from the date 01.12.2019 to 30.11.2020 through Cheque bearing no. 007535 of dated 11.11.2019 withdrawn on ICICI Bank Ltd. Bhayandar West Branch. I have stopped receiving of TOI + BT from the date of 15.03.2020. I have contacted to your Agent, Mr. Nitin Tandel [Mob. No. [protected]] and he has provided the no. of Mr. Ganesh Sawant [Mob. No.[protected]]. I have tried to contact him thousands of time but no response from his side. This is to further inform you that on date 25.11.2020, I have shifted to Mira Road [E]. In the circumstances you are requested to continue supply of my balance subscription to my new Residence.
