Times Of India — Subscription issues

Hi,
I am P. Jaiganesh from Villivakkam Chennai, I took Times of India News Paper Subscription on 01/02/17 to 31/01/2018. I took subscription by clearly mentioning that my previous vendor (delivery man)was not delivering the paper properly and requested to change the vendor, and subscription people also agreed for that and and assured me for the same. when i received my subscription receipt the vendor's name was not changed, and the paper was delivered by the same vendor, but from 24/02/2017 to till date i did not receive my paper. when i asked the vendor he told that Times of India have not given the paper for my subscription, since i was not satisfied with the vendor i did not give him the subscription receipt copy to him. further i made a complaint through mail on 27/02/2017 to Times Of India, on 02/03/2017 through reply mail they assured me of solving the issue with in 3 days, but till now the problem is not solved and till dater i have not received my newspaper. this issue is upsetting me lot . how Times Of India providing such a bad customer service. I kindly request you to solve this issue.
