This is regarding customer id[protected]. I had started the subscription of times of india from 4th march and until today (4th april), not one edition had reached my doorstep.in spite of bringing it to their notice, and regular complaints and follow up, they have not done anything apart from sending an email that the complaint has been registered. This is a new scam by times of india where their sales people go door to door pushing people to subsribe, and then vanish. Customer support puts zero effort. It is the customer who is cheated at the end. Beware guys, do not fall for this scam and lose your money, even if it is a few thousands.
