Can Your CRM Team suspend the Three Year PREPAID Subscription?

As your local vendor has informed that, he is proceeding on vacation and is not able to deliver The Times of India for a Week or so.
I had informed this to You and requested to make alternate arrangements to deliver the Times of India - as, I have PAID for Next Three Years Subscription.
Instead of making any alternative arrangement,
You have ARROGANTLY informed me that you have suspended the subscription EVEN AFTER the VENDOR returns.
This was not what is expected from YOU.
Who gives you the RIGHT to SUSPEND the PREPAID SUBSCRIPTION?
This ARROGANCE of Yours is not at all expected nor appreciated.
