Times Of India — TOI news paper subscription issue

I had a subscription of TOI daily, I have shifted to new address, asked TOI customer service team for change of address, they said they were unable track my subscription, this went on for a week, finally I decided to go with another subscription and paid.
They told that I will start receiving news paper from 14th April, I am still waiting and chasing. The area manager for OMR, Navalur is pathetic. No proper response. Not sure what next, so bad service from TOI
