Times Of India — toi newspaper subscription

I reside at indira nagar, dehradun. We do not receive the magazine section (Doon times) on a number of days.in addition the main paper mentions a certain number of pages and we daily have a few sheets short. I contacted my supplier and he says this is the way it is sent to him. Why do you have no control over your delivery system? Do you understand what this is doing to your reputation as it is a fraud and theft? In addition how do we complain when our city is not even included in your official website in the drop down box, (http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/feedback.cms)
