I bought a Titan Raga Watch in Srinagar from one of your dealers - "Time N Sound" in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir on 19th-Aug-2013. Even after there is a warranty for fading color, Your authorized service centre is refusing to repair/change the wrist strap of the watch citing that its due to daily use. I have pictures clicked of the watch which i can happily share with you guys, Color wore off slightly in some portion of the wrist. Watch is meant to be worn, I have never got a fade color on any titan till date, but your responsible manager of Service center must not have much experience in wearing titan watches and is giving shameless reasons for the defect. on 19th-Aug-2014, the color fade warranty is expiring probably as there is only one year warranty on color fade as conveyed by dealer. Kindly help to resolve issue, or else I might have to move the case to consumer court.
