I experienced worst service ever.. I gave my watch for strip replacement at Jaipur for replace, as it had broken strip, It was told to me that the strip is unavailable, It will be sent to Jamshedpur and then it will be repaired and will be given back to me. The TAT committed was of 15 days. I agreed to the same but to my surprise it was informed to me after 2 month that we are unable to get the watch fixed.watch cannot be repaired as the strip is not available (The best company in India, cant arrange a strip). Then further it was told that please give us the bill copies and the warranty card details so that a depreciation price can be calculated and a new watch can be given.This is disgusting, This is not how a professional company works and humiliates their customers. Very poor after purchase policy. You forget the customers once the watch is sold.

    I visited the Titan Eye+ shop in /Hyper city mall in Kundalahalli today @ 8 pm. I had never seen such a erratic and non supportive staffs anywhere. I was about to redeem my gift card and they waited me for 20 mnts.two employees ( Male & Female ) were supporting one customer for billing.I patiently waited for my turn and asked for the gift card redemption and after which i asked them if i place the order now, can i get it by friday evening. They not even spared a second and the very next reply was, " We cannot do it in 2 days and we need 4 days to give the glass". After which after so much discussion and i compromised on going without coating ( Crysal Coating ) and they told even without coating it takes 3 days.I was somehow convinced and selecting the frames and it was around 8.20 pm, the store person switched of the lights and asked me to go out. I asked, why did you not tell me when i came inside the showroom, or atleast you shoud have told me when i was enquiring about the glass ordering.There was no reply and finally they stopped all the customers entering the showroom and apart from me there were few more selecting the glasses much before me was asked to moveout. I had never seen such erratic and brutal behaviour.I will ensure that, i will hihglight this to all the forums and make sure that no one order the gift coupons from titan eye+. I will write this instance to the corporate perks team and will ask them to remove the titan eye+ shopping option from the rewards site.

      I gave my Titan watch to be repaired in one of the Outlets in Gurgaon (MGF Mall), as it had a broken glass, It was told to me that the glass is currently not available and the watch needs to be submitted, It will be sent to Banglore and the it will will be repaired and will be given back to me. The TAT committed was of 25 days. I agreed to the same but to my surprise it was informed to me after 1 month that we are unable to get the watch fixed and it will take another 7-10 days. If this was not enough after this time of 10 days it was informed that bthe watch cannot be repaired as the glass is not available even in Banglore(The best company in India, cant arrange a dial glass). Then further it was told that please give us the bill copies and the warranty card details so that a depreciation price can be calculated and a new watch can be given. I did the needful though I never wanted as it was a gift from my mother. After all said and done they have the watch and I am empty handed for last 2 months as i submitted the watch on 1st June 2014. This is not how a professional company works and humiliates their customers. Very poor after purchase policy. You forget the customers once the watch is sold. till date no resolution after several follow ups. Can i get a resolution for this or should I think that I have gifted the watch back to Titan?

        I gave my spect for repairing to Hypercity, Kundanhalli, Bangalore -560066 branch. I do not have any other spect also. They said its gonna take 3 days only. But it's been two weeks and they are not able to return my spect. I visited thrice thrice there and everytime I get same reply tha we will call you, please wait. My eyes are paining because of this and they are becoming red too for last 1 week. If I will not get proper reply on this then I have to go to consumer court for this.

          Charging higher wastage

          i have a golden harvest scheme in tanishq show room in punjagutta, hyderabad area and it has been already completed, when i went to purchase an ornament they are charging 18.50% wastage on 9.93 grms gold chain, it is also 22 carts gold. I enquired in another showrooms which they were charging max of 11% wastage. But these Tanishq people are charging very high in gold rates also, can someone take action on this and help us on this! Thanks...

          Hello I am writing to complain about the recent changes in your Golden Harvest Jewellery Purchase Scheme. My family has two accounts under the said scheme: 1. Account number JLT/*****/2013 2. Account number JLT/*****/2013 I have paid a total of 9 installments since signing up, that amounts to a total of Rs. 1, 80, 000. I have paid all my installments on time. Some of them even 15 days before the due date. You can check your records for the same. I received SMS’s on both the registered mobile numbers on 9th July 2014 to remind me about my installments due on 11th July 2014. I visited the Jalandhar Tanishq store today(17th July 2014) to pay the installments and was informed that the said scheme has been discontinued. 1. 1., Now I demand to know why I was not informed on either of the registered mobile numbers?? I receive reminders of every due installment. Tanishq and Encircle send me numerous SMS’s every month about the offers on Tanishq, Titan, Titan Eye plus, Fasttrack and Helios, whereas such an information was not relayed to me even by the 17th, whereas customers who had paid even a single installment were informed since the 14th via SMS?? Is a customer who has paid all installments on time and invested almost 2 lakh rupees with you less valuable than customers who have paid even a single installment?? Tanishq Jalandhar stored called us up many times while signing up but no one bothered to tell us about this new development. 2. 2.. Tanishq advertised this change only in Dainik Bhaskar. In no other dailies of English or Punjabi language was this advertised . How do you expect the people to be informed who don’t subscribe to Dainik Bhaskar? 3. 3. This scheme was a contract/understanding between the company (Tanishq) and the customers (us) where both of the parties were expected to fulfil the promises on each of our parts, namely that we pay our installments on time and you, Tanishq, provide the 12th installment. Now you didn’t fulfil your end of the agreement, due to whatever reason, then why should we suffer ?? We didn’t fail on our part. Then why are we expected to forfiet 50% of our interest if we want a refund of our money?? Our money has been with you since the last 9 months, you earned interest on it or used it or kept it in your vaults but it was out of our pockets. We paid every installment on time and if you cannot honour your part of the agreement then why should we suffer for it . Out of the 16000 rupees accumulated as interest why do you get to keep 8000 rupees if we do not buy gold jewellery from you ?? We should not be forced to buy jewellery from you if you did not fulfill your promise . Had the scheme continued for its full duration, we would have gladly purchased jewellery from you, but since this is not the case why are we being forced to either buy jewellery or forfiet 50% of our amount. It was never said in the beginning that if the scheme is stopped you would have to forfiet 50% of your interest. 8000 rupees might not be a great amount for your company and TATA, but it is a significant amount for a person who has spent time and money in coming to your showroom every month since last 9 months . We want that either you refund our entire amount with the entire interest ( 90000 + 8000, for both accounts that totals to 1, 96, 000 rupees ) or give us gold for the same money. We do not want to buy jewellery from you and pay you additional making charges and service tax. We feel cheated enough already. Dr. S Kaur

            Dear sir/Madam, I had a titan watch and the model no is 9208scc.My watch was fall down and the glass was broken and I went to customer service centre madurai to replace the glass And they said that to wait for 20 days, but after 20 days they are saying that your watch model Is failure so that spare part is not availabe. so, I kindly request you that we need a solution for this problem, how to replace the glass. Thank you.

            They replaced the glass which was damaged in my watch and the problem has been succesfully fixed from Customer end and now everything is working fine from our end. Thanks for your assistance

                  I have been a loyal customer of Titan Eye since almost 4 years now. With all my family members endorsing to Titan Eye for their spectacle needs, I put a lot trust in this brand and have recommending this to others for a long time. This trust and loyalty received a rude shock when I purchased a pair of glasses from Titan Eye showroom from Sector 18 market, Noida (G-7 & 7A, JOP Plaza, Plot No.2, Opposite Mcdonald's, Ashok Marg, P Block, Pocket I, Sector 18, Noida, UP 201301, India). I purchased a Tommy Frame with Titan Lenses fitted in them, which were highly recommended by the Sales personnel as being at par with Essilor lenses (which I have been using since past 3 years with impeccable quality). The lenses developed innumerable scratches in less that 3 months, and have almost become unwearable. This is very unexpectated from a product of brand Titan, more so they being quite expensive (these one in question cost almost 4, 000/- INR). My complaint was brutally turned down by the showroom staff with an excuse that there was no guarantee provided for scratches. My repeatedly telling them that the spectacles belonged to an elderly lady (my mother), who in no case had shown carelessness while handling and cleaning the lenses, was outrightly rejected and turned down by the staff. I now look forward to the company to take a note of this and help me rectify the problem, in order to re-instate my faith in the brand.                       I have a Titan watche model S492, i miss place his ring and glass, For repairing purposed i dropped my watch in gandhidham Titan Store on 4th of june but they didnt respond me properly after so long and strong follow up infact i have to do direct approched to them, They told me these watch is not serviced their parts are not availble in there scope. So in that case they will give Credit Note to me. But what i found they just simply bluff me by showing that the price of that watch is 2295/- only, But i want to share somthing with you the exact price of that watch is around in between 7 to 8 thousand .

                      So i just request you please look into these matter.

                      watch was stooped 3rd time in 9 month

                      i was purchased sonata watch in January. Still my watch in warranty period. But the major problem is since January to till my watch was stooped 3rd time. I live in ahmedabad and i was purchased this watch from tohfa watch titan, relief road, ahmedabad. While i was visited for this complaint the service person told me you should pay for battery change. And my simple question to you. Just describe me. You always say and write on banner. India's no.1 watch brand. So how can you say ? Just simply describe me. Why are you broken trust of customer ? This type of service and quality is break my trust and i feel now. I loss my 1400 rupees. My number is [protected]. Please contact me and solve my complaint as soon as possible. Now i am not interested and not a believe on sonata watch. Please refund my money if possible. I used your poor quality watch maximum 4 to 5 time max. And if not possible then replace my watch. Reply me as soon as possible.
                      i also complaint on 26 October, then not reply, then after i complaint on 29 October yet no reply then again i complaint via email on 30 October yet not reply.

                        sir/mem on[protected] i have gifted a wrist watch to my relative from Onix enterprise shop no. 1/3 Shukan complex Rupani circle, Bhavnagar the doc no:[protected] date of purchase[protected] on 12:15 variant no 6086KL01 description DD241 cluster ANALG. This wrist watch is malfunctioning from 10th of purchase, on the 3 of July F.M.A. Problem of machine was detected by world of titan store at Anand, Gujarat. i don't want a newly purchased branded piece to be repaired as it is malfunctioned within 15 days of purchased. The store refuse to do so. How come such defective piece of watch is been sold by such renown brand. Considering the facts i demand to replace the piece, hope positive response in failure of the same compelled me to visit consumer court. thanking you

                              I had given my watch for repair on 20th April 2014. It was to be returned on 20th May 2014. Its been two months and they still haven't returned my watch back. The other day I called up and they said they would get back to me 5 mins but they never called back. Is this their service. Is this how they treat their customers. Do I have to pay 500 for this kind of service. And watch was bought in November 2013 and already the strap broke. What kind of watch is that!? Pathetic product and Service!

Now I am working as Assistant Executive Engineer in Kerala State Electricity Board Limited, Power House, Thiruvananthapuram.

                                On 21.03.2013 I bought a titan watch, Model No. NB9382KM02, from World of Titan, QRS retail Ltd, E D Heights, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram 695 004.From the date of purchase I have to contact the shop for repairing the watch regularly. Some time it stops and at many times I can&#039;t depend on your watch and I use my Mobile for the purpose.

                                At two times the watch was with the shop for more than a fortnight for repairing from Bangalore.

                                Now also the watch is malfunctioning.

                                I took EMG at the time of purchase and is valid up to 21.03.2018.

                                Please do necessary action for my complaint. Give me advise for further steps.

                                  I was gifted a watch by my employer M/s IGP group of companies on 26.04.2014 as part of the company's Diamond Jubilee celebration in Chennai. I used to wear this Watch sparingly as I would like to preserve it as long as possible, as a memorial gift by my employer.

                                  Last week, I wore this Watch and attended my Office. While returning from Office, I noticed that the outer dial glass
                                  had been missing. As I was busy with my official duties, I could not exactly pin point the time when the glass could have fallen off.

                                  I approached your Service Centre located at No.5, Arcot Road, Indira Nagar, Valasaravakkam, Chennai 600087.
                                  with the Warranty Card. The Service Centre person informed that the mineral glass would not be covered under warranty and hence had to be replaced at my cost, giving me an estimate for Rs.100/-. Incidentally, I had gone through the Certificate of Warranty issued by you and found that only the damages to glass and other parts would be outside the purview of warranty and in my case, the glass had fallen off, due to improper / loose fitment.
                                  Besides, I was informed that the glass would be made available only after 10 days, which means, I had to put up with the delay in getting back my Watch in original condition.

                                  The Watch design No.2490SM01. The Watch is now lying with your Service Centre.

                                  I have resigered this complaint with you with the specific purpose of eliciting information from you regarding the warranty clause, as for as the missing parts are concerned. I hope to have your response at the earliest.

Ref ID: 614AE0011B1538 Date: 03/06/2014 Design: NE1585SL01 Purchase Date: 27/03/2014 They told me its having manufacturing defect and get repaired within 3-4 days, but today is 22/06/2014. I did not get my watch back, Every time I call them they tell me the same story that more 3-4 days. My question is why should I suffer when that watch having manufacturing defect.
