I had given my watch for repair at the above showroom and received the same on 30/11/2016. Invoice no. 2843. Customer acknowledgement number:1257; iaccording to the invoice provided a guarantee period of 6 months was assured. A spare part was replaced - vx3ha-fma
Unfortunately, the watch stopped working again before the expiry of this guarantee period. I approached the same service center this time and they are demanding a service fee of rs.600 despite guarantee. Customer acknowledgement form reference id: 517as1181b1249
The customer service and attitude of the service staff towards customers are terrible and demeaning.
I am truly disappointed by the entire experience, especially surrounding the brand name and value that titan boasts of. Sadly, this is not my first unpleasant experience at the same showroom and thereby find the need to make an official complaint to exercise my rights as a customer.
