I had recently bought a titan watch and had to change tge glass, the service centre at bhubaneswar have kept the watch since then, its been 1.5 months and due to there complete negligence i have now lost faith in so called 'titan' brand,
What spares take 1 month to get coordinated and replaced, and after giving them about more than a month the are not able to help me with my problem, pathetic service and violation of consumer rights done
Titan Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Pratik5985 Unsatisfactory consumer response regarding my watch and after my complaint on the forums on june 04 i havent got a solution till date seems titan has lost the consumer satisfaction that they gurantee
This is the last time im choosing titan because its been 2 months and my watch lies at the service centre without any solution to my problem, i just had to replace the outer glass of my watch that i brought 4 days back
When should not sell models that you dont simply repair.
Im sick and tierd of running after the service centre guyz
