Titan Company — colour fade on titan wrist watch

Dear sir/ma'm,

This is with reference to the titan wrist watch purchased for my wife from "world of titan" store, kankarbagh, patna - 800020 through their invoice no.[protected] dt. 06.01.2019.

Since last 3-4 months, it's golden colour is fading from several places viz. Bezel, cases, crown, bracelet. (Images attached).

When i visited to the world of titan service centre at kankarbagh, patna. They simply denied to get it under warranty for bezel/dial colour which should be under warranty for 2 years. But, they are saying that colour fade is due to rough usage or scratches which is wrong statement as you can see the images attached where there is no any scratches or damages. It is just a normal wear which is a very common scenario if you regularly wear the wrist watch. So, please help me out to get my product under warranty.
