Dear Tanishq I bought a gold chain in December 2019 from Tanishq patna, beside central mall, dakbanglow, and in march 2020 complaint to the showroom about gold chain design, kind of thin material used due to which small gold circle is falling away. Please look at the attached pic I am sending you!
I feel a bit unfair when the showroom could not come up with the solution. Please replace the gold chain with better making for which I will not pay the making charge. It's not my fault that I should pay 2 times making charges i[censored] exchange it. Kindly look in to the matter.

I ordered a bangle from Tanishq Oberoi mall Mumbai towards the 3rd week of Sep'20 ( inv -GOR/CM/1171). It was against redemption of the golden harvest scheme. It was made clear and decided that the product would be around 9 gms costing around 50k give n take a few hundreds. First the delivery was delayed, second when I land up to collect it after 40 days I get a shock to know the cost had exceeded by 10 grands which was way above by budget. The total weight was 11 gms plus. On enquiring get to know that they also didn't know about the weight of the product before it was made. It was ridiculous excess I felt but the lady Kanchan would just not understand. I had no option as didn't want to go back and forth on this so collected it nonetheless but didn't find the approach and attitude right ..

Updated by Rakesh kr. Singh1 Yesterday, I have purchased gold from your jamshedpur show room. And they have given the bill . Today, call by your team and informed us they have given wrong material.
Today, I went to your show room, they have checked the gold & return back the same material and charged extra amount.
I feel this is cheated by your team. They have not shown the weight & spec. And also not given the extra amount bill.

I think, this is another type of business created by titan group to cheat indian customers and make money.

I am not believing Tata group company do like this type of thing and earn by money by unethical practices.

Please make sop before delivery of material.
Please show the weight & exact product which is delivered to customers.

This is big OFI for you. Please do the needful...

Other wise no body purchase gold from you.

Alappuzha A regular customer of your Alappuzha showroom.Last november purchased watch lost the side date adjust button and given to service(24/10/2020). After five days of job card they didnt take any action to rectify the coplaint and dont make any call from service centre. After 5 days i cancell the job card and take back the watch.Very poor service team at Alappuzha showroom.

I had Golden harvest amount matured in Tanishq kalyan worth Rs.53, 667/- Hence, I went yesterday to redeem it. I was informed that I need to redeem that amount within next 3 months after maturity. So being the last due month I had to purchase gold even in heavy rate. I did melt my previous chain for which after deduction & purity test My old chain valued 1, 01, 243/- Hence, My total credit balance in Tanishq was 1, 01, 243+53667= 1, 54, 910. I bought New chain worth Rs 1, 49, 517. The difference amount was 5393.
They refunded me Rs.1735 only. Also they mentioned the value for my old chain less in bill. They had just written old chain value was 99, 517. I feel cheated. Tanishq is the brand that no one would think would cheat due to TaTa's prestige & goodwill but, employees here are looting people. I just want my refund at any cost. I'm anyways discontinuing the scheme but these would hamper company's prestige.

Emploee की sallry time पे नहीं दी जाती है जो employee इंसेंटिव मांगता है उसे जॉब से निकाल दिया जाता है इंसेंटिव कंपनी से आता है पर franchise मालिक उसे देते नहीं है खुद खा जाते है
Tanishq मे job करना proudly लगना chaiye पर mg road par to bhikari समझा जाता है

Dear sir, I am shocked and disappointed with the advertisement for your jewellery brand which clearly support love jehad. I just can't believe that the most reputed and trusted corporate house like tata will heart majority of Indian people (hindu) which gave shelter to parshi communities to which tata group belong. I purchased two bangles by exchanging with old gold...and so my excess Rs.5000 was in ur showroom and for that amount i selected an earring and asked them to hold it on...when i went today to get it without any information they sold it...atleast they should have asked us about it...when we asked about this there was no proper response from Vadivu madam and other staffs in trichy showroom...the way they answer is disgusting...everyone of them involved are saying WE DONT KNOW...what kind of answer is this?...we are customers since 1993 and is this the way you treat us guys...very very disappointed...this is not the way to treat your customers...very bad and very upset of your tanishq service...just because your company grows this is not the way you treat your regular customers.

I have been following up with them since april/may 2020 through emails and calls to process the refund, submitted my documents multiple times however i am not getting an help. I just keep getting standard replies and no one is taking the time to explain where the problem is. I need urgent help with this matter.

Recently I came across your horrible customer service where I exchanged my jewelleries to get new one as part of GH plans. On 27th sept 2020 i exchanged my old jwellery and purchased new one but could not buy it due to your pathetic system that fail to send me the OTP. Then I was told to come back later . When I went back again after few days, the gold price got increased, which cost me 2000/- extra to purchase new jwelllery. On top of that the the tanishq staff dint exchange the old jwellery as per the updated price .

I would suggest you manage your system and staff better else shutdown your business . Cause it not worth dealing with you guys . Where we are investing money on you then at the end of the day we have to pay extra price to get the new ones .

Now I have already decided to not invest on you in furure

I bought a frame in Titan which is a old stock broken within days however it has warranty for an year but the seller is not agreed to claim. I dropped multiple mails to Titan customer care with invoice and photos but no response. Please help. The cost is 2000rs. Frame broken within 40days. I'm working from home I couldn't work without spectacles past 2months.

This is regarding case TKT [protected] for purchase done at Guwahati Tanishq, GS Road on 2 nd Oct 2020.
I bought 1 platinum finger ring product value Rs 28273.31 and diamond stud earring product value 24060.50 against my gold exchange value CC Rs. 16, 134, (CN TEP) 977/ Rs. 36, 925/ and GHS discount voucher of 3, 692. But I was made to pay extra Rs. 16134/ .This amount is wrongly charged from me. All this after I was made to wait for more than half an hour in payment counter and the cashier was constantly on his phone keeping me wait. I urge urgent redressal of the matter and have sent customer copy of bills given to me for your perusal. Iam a loyal customer of Tanishq and such incidents make me question it's credibility.
