GUJARAT. Vide tax invoice no. GDM/CM/181 Dated 14.06.2020.

1.Drop earring. 511518DDPAGA00 - 22 karat - 3.292 g
2.Hoop Earring. 513113HAAABA00 - 22 karat- 2.875g

During the purchase of above gold items the above jewellery shop reprentative has not inform to me about making charge of above gold items separately. He inform about discount on making charge. And also she informed the discount rate is 8 percent. But in the final bill the actual discount given to the customer is 7.5 percent.

The making charge has collected from me for SL no 1 gold item is 14.5 percent and for SL no 2 is 21.5 percent which is very high cost as per the design of the above items.

So kindly look into the matter and reduce the making charge at low cost as per their design and refund the reduced cost to me at the earliest.
Also as per representative inform to me about discount is 8 percent. Please refund 0.5 percent aslo to the customer.

    Subject franchisee at panaji goa had appointed me as cro on 2nd march 2020 for salary of 18k + incentives for time slot of 1pm to 9pm which was scheduled by the franchisee in the vacancy add. Upon joining no appointment letter was given to me neither any professional training.

    However in march due to lockdown from 21st march he paid me salary of rs 11600 and in lockdown for april he paid rs 5500. The shop was opened post lockdown on 5th may and i worked there till 30th may.
    The reason for resignation was franchise was not ready to give salary what was offered to me on offer letter and asked to accept 35% cut salary also the owner mr altar mavany was very rude and dismannerd towards me. He used abusive words most of the time infront of customer s also. There was no proper training given to me which i had mentioned to him while accepting his job offer that i do not have experience in the given field and he committed to provide training which was not given. On 26th may he shouted at me and said he will settle my dues for may month and i should resign on the same day and not to come from next day accordingly i mailed him resignation on 30th may will be my last working day. Later he asked me to extend the notice period till 15th july to which i agreed but he started harrasing me because of which i did not serve notice period. He is liable to give me my may salary since i worked there for entire month but he is not ready to pay the same and harrasing me that he will spoil my name and career.

    Also he is been spoiling name of titan by telling it employees that titan did not pay them fund for following covid sop neither and payment during lockdown. He is also not giving sales incentives to the concerned cro who does sale.

    I am going ahead with the labor complaint and will also file fir against the am collection /world of titan for mentally harrasing me and not paying my salary.

    He have also taken deposit chq of rs 4000 towards uniform which was not given to me.

    I am attaching screen shot of the offer mail and where he agreed to pa may salary and later denied by giving reason as work have left work incomplete before leaving.

      Dear sir/madam,

      Myself raffique ahmed is a very old customer of titan brand, as i liked its quality and service, but now i have come across a very strange problem which i am noticing first as far as titan is concerned, i have bought a a titan edge watch few years back, now i have noticed some problems in its dial, so i went to your titan showroom in safina plaza, bangalore, there they took my watch on 12/03/2020 for service and told me that they will call me once it is ready, i used to call them in between but they denied the answer telling it is not yet ready, then after 13 days there was lockdown started and i kept quiet and now when they again opened the showroom 5 days back, i got shocki answer that it is not yet ready and also they are telling me to take the watch back.

      I am really disappointed with the answer and also the quality of service they are providing, as it is a titan watch and just they have to replace the dial for which they don't want to provide the service and also they have kept the watch with them for nearly 3 months, kindly look into the matter and solve my problem,

        This is regarding Ticket Number : TKT-[protected]

        I had a TGH account with Tanishq ( # A/C No :[protected]

        As closure proceeds of the account, there was an option to choose between a Gift certificate with specific Validity or opt for a Refund.

        Without my consent, I was given a Gift Certificate, where as I was preferring to opt for a refund.

        When I contacted contacted by Customer Care regarding the same, I was told to send an email, and I sent an email with all details on April 21st .

        There was a ticket created for the same, and I was asked to submit the documents.

        I submitted all the required documents required atleast thrice.

        Till date, I have not been provided with the refund of the amount that I paid for Tanishq Gold Harvest Scheme,

        I have done endless follow-ups on the refund, I had not received any kind of communication as when Refund will be provided.

        It is highly disappointing and disheartening for a brand like Tanishq behaving in such an irresponsible way, and too after being a loyal customer of Tanishq for more than 15 years.

          Titan staff does not have capabilities to calculate the correct refund. I had been chasing them like mad to refund my whole. They are refunding in installments. Now they have taken a week and in fact it had not been done yet to refund my 65 rs.
          Customer service is so poor. I m really harrased and given mental stress by them.

            We have open a book with three thousand rs each month. At the end of 12 month we have choosen bangle worth rs 96000. So as a result we need to pay 65000 max.. But after lockdown when we went to purchase the bangle they are asking rs 78000 instead of 60000. Don't you thing it is simply a scam??

                I called you several times to know about the refund and m always been told that the case is forwarded to the concerned department and that they will look into the refund matter and also get back to me but till date no respond from your end and also no idea when will i get my refund. I just want to know whether i am going to get the refund or not and also for how many days i have to wait for my own money.

                    This is with reference to our correspondence multiple times in terms of my gratuity amount settlement.

                    I am writing this to apply for payment of gratuity to which i am entitled under sub gratuity act, 1972 on account of my resignation after completion of 10 years of service with titan company ltd.

                    Since i have resigned from your organization i am yet to receive payment of my gratuity. Having worked in your organization for 10 years i am entitled to receive gratuity. For your reference i have enclosed the documents in this regard.

                    Since my husband is suffering from cancer and i am struggling for treatment amount, i am in need of money, thus i hereby request to please pay my gratuity as soon as possible.

                    We look forward to a quick resolution to our claim. Please resolve this issue and ensure the payment. Thanking you in anticipation.

                    Email has been sent out to relevant department multiple times with claim forms and all relevant copies of authentication attached.

                      We visited world of titan, 155, mission street, pondicherry - 605 001 to change our watch strape.

                      We asked to replace the watch strape with the original and same model.

                      They showed some model of strape but we do not accept. We request them the same model, what we took with us.

                      They agreed to order the same. We just handover our watch and agreed to their waiting time.

                      After few days, they called us because our watch is ready with new strape.

                      We paid the amount rs.165. Invoice no.[protected], invoice date:[protected].

                      But they did not provide the same model of our watch strape. They are not giving any reason, why they provide another model?

                      They cheated us. We don't want this strape.

                      We want our watch model strape instead of another model.

                        I asked to change the Battery of my Titan Edge at the WORLD OF TITAN STORE at Plot No. 516/1755, KIIT ROAD, Patia, Bhubaneswar-751024, which was done vide Invoice No. [protected] dt. 15/03/2020. But, I was given a bill for Rs 477/- and was asked to pay whereas the normal charge for battery change in all other shops happens to be Rs 70/-. While no satisfactory answer could be obtained from the staff concerned on my query for the reason of the high charges, I got astonished when I went through the bill after coming back to my home, wherein the product description was written as 'SERVICE CHARGE INCLUDING BATTERY PRICE'. I couldn't understand what Service was done for changing a battery & furthermore, I couldn't know what was the actual cost of the battery.
                        Yes, such high charge was not communicated before carrying out my order & as a result, I had to rush home again to procure cash to pay the bill with lot of anguish & embarrassment too.
                        I very much believe, no satisfactory answer I will be getting on this.

                          I worked with titan indusries limited (Dehradun) for 10 years and now i am settled in bangalore. I requested titan management to generate uan as epfo portal allows only employer to generate uan but they are not paying heed to my request for last 20 years. Iam eligible for pf as well as gratuity from titan industries. Does titan take 20 years to generate a uan number for employee?

                          Not even one hr manager in last 20 years helped me, how disgusting and a live example of dereliction of duties.

                            I ordered spectacles from titan eye plus electronic city store and paid around 16k. But the product which i got first time were bad quality lenses.
                            After placing a new order, i found that the frame was damaged after fitting and also lens cutting and finishing not properly done.
                            1: bent nosepad in frame.
                            2: damaged frame and marks during fitting.
                            3: not proper cutting and finishing.

                              I[censored] take any titan product such as fitness band or a normal watch the lady at counter says the the watch is not opening from behind so the watch cannot be get repaired u can take it back i had an argument with her why people come to service centre so that the watch gets properly repaired after the argument she took the watch for repair n she told me that it will take 2 days for estimate for repair i agreed for that i had a very bad experience before also with my automatic watch

                              I bought my glasses from titan eye plus and the lens is the worst part of it within 6 months I got so many scratches on the lens that I cant see properly. I have used other glasses and never once did I have this problem. And also they charged around 3k for those cheap lenses.

                                money has been deducted from the source account but order is not placed by titan

                                I was trying to order a fastrack watch worth rs. 1115. For this i hve made a paymnt of 1115 from google pay upi. The transaction is showing successful from my source paymnt gateway but after dis no order is paced.. There is nothing showing at my order section page... Where did my money go if the order has not been placed... I have all the proofs that i have made paymnt to titan company...

                                  My name is ajay thakare. I had been for purchasing two rings for my daughter from your tanishq jewellery shop located at raccsa's space, sharanpur road, nasik, on 27th feb 2020, at 7 pm. We were shown two rings, one in gold ando other in diamond. But both the rings were not fitting to my daughter (21 ears old). The concerned told that it would take some time to get her sizes rings. Meanwhile they asked to complete the billing formalities, which we did along with my brother in laws presence, who is a tcs employee. (Membership no.[protected]. I did billing by card swapping of rs. 25346. The time was around 8 pm. They said that you will get both the fitting rings in another 15 minutes. As i had some work to do, i and my bil left with an understanding that my daughter will collect both the fitting rings and would return home max by 8. 30 pm. At around 8.30 pm, when i called up my daughter, she said they are asking for another 10 minutes. This scene continued for more than half an hour (Every 10 minutes, i was calling up my daughter). Getting annoyed, when i went back to the shop at 9 pm, we were surprised that the new fitting rings had not come and they said us to wait for another 10 minutes. At 9.10 pm, they tried handing us both the rings which were in deformed form. They told us that they had put the rings in acid and then cut and then hammered to fittin. This is very unrealistic. How can one expect to buy such things, when we had already done the payment 90 minutes back, with full belief. We told them to return back our amount, as no one can expect such things to be gifted to a daughter. We had 25 minutes long discussion and arguments with the manager, mr. Sagar. By 9.40 pm, they agreed that the rings are spoiled and assured to refund back my payment. For this purpose, they took my atm card photocopy. You can check all this conversation details from the cctv footages of this date and time. They didnt give me either the bills or the products.
                                  After coming back to my hometown, i waited till 29th feb and tried giving call to the shop. But the number available on website doesnt work (Another big surprise for a big enterprise like tanishq!!).
                                  On 1st march i spoke to mr. Musheeb on toll free no. [protected] of tanishq, who assured to resolve and get back my payment. On 3rd march, i received call from ms. Deeksha, no. [protected] of tanishq. She said she will get back to me in two days. Since that time, i had been waiting and there is no reply from your office. My mobile no. And mail id has already been told to them.
                                  You have now to take my case seriously and refund back my money, without facing further consequences. There had been no courtesy even to give a call from the nasik tanishq shop???

                                  After coming back to my hometown, i waited till 29th feb and tried giving call to the shop. But the number available on website doesnt work (Another big surprise for a big enterprise like tanishq!!).
                                  On 1st march i spoke to mr. Musheeb on toll free no. [protected] of tanishq, who assured to resolve and get back my payment. On 3rd march, i received call from ms. Deeksha, no. [protected] of tanishq. She said she will get back to me in two days. Since that time, i had been waiting and there is no reply from your office. My mobile no. And mail id has already been told to them.
                                  You have now to take my case seriously and refund back my money, without facing further consequences. There had been no courtesy even to give a call from the nasik tanishq shop???

                                  There has been no reply nor seems any cognizance being taken by Titan shop at Nasik. I am going to file a suite against this shop and Titan has now to pay for this harassment.
                                  Your shop phones at Nasik even given on the NET do not work.
                                  Send me the postal address to issue you the notice for this harassment caused to me and my daughter. How can a company like Titan be so ruthless in not taking a cognizance and neither having a courtesy to give me a call on my mobile. When hon'ble Tata is doing so much during the Corona problem, you dont have a coutsey...

                                  Today replaced battery for total ladies wrist watch for which Rs.425 (battery cost) + Rs.25 (service) was charged. This looks like day rubbery by Titan. A totally what is the cost of battery?in Amazon it is Rs.60 for 2.

                                    Earlier i was using Titan Eye product as the lens gave issue again after 1 year i had to go a new lenses as per the executive the crizal is much better that the earlier product, as my earlier lenses was having scrath issues hence decided to go with crizal lens and new frame .

                                    After take this lenses and frame i personally feel local brands are much better than titan...

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have issue with my lense in blue ray coating there is a patch in one lense. I bought it on 17 March 2019. The opticals refused to service stating that, it is a deep scratch without even testing it properly. Also I had an issue with frame as well as they don't have the exact frame for replacement, they asked me to choose some other, now I have issue with that frame and which is within warranty they are not ready to service it, as it is already replaced. Please help me in fixing this issue since my warranty is gonna end within a week.

                                    I have attached invoice of frame and lense. Also replaced frame invoice and Certificate of Authenticity for essilor. I have shared the image of patches in the lense.
