My name is ajay thakare. I had been for purchasing two rings for my daughter from your tanishq jewellery shop located at raccsa's space, sharanpur road, nasik, on 27th feb 2020, at 7 pm. We were shown two rings, one in gold ando other in diamond. But both the rings were not fitting to my daughter (21 ears old). The concerned told that it would take some time to get her sizes rings. Meanwhile they asked to complete the billing formalities, which we did along with my brother in laws presence, who is a tcs employee. (Membership no.[protected]. I did billing by card swapping of rs. 25346. The time was around 8 pm. They said that you will get both the fitting rings in another 15 minutes. As i had some work to do, i and my bil left with an understanding that my daughter will collect both the fitting rings and would return home max by 8. 30 pm. At around 8.30 pm, when i called up my daughter, she said they are asking for another 10 minutes. This scene continued for more than half an hour (Every 10 minutes, i was calling up my daughter). Getting annoyed, when i went back to the shop at 9 pm, we were surprised that the new fitting rings had not come and they said us to wait for another 10 minutes. At 9.10 pm, they tried handing us both the rings which were in deformed form. They told us that they had put the rings in acid and then cut and then hammered to fittin. This is very unrealistic. How can one expect to buy such things, when we had already done the payment 90 minutes back, with full belief. We told them to return back our amount, as no one can expect such things to be gifted to a daughter. We had 25 minutes long discussion and arguments with the manager, mr. Sagar. By 9.40 pm, they agreed that the rings are spoiled and assured to refund back my payment. For this purpose, they took my atm card photocopy. You can check all this conversation details from the cctv footages of this date and time. They didnt give me either the bills or the products.
After coming back to my hometown, i waited till 29th feb and tried giving call to the shop. But the number available on website doesnt work (Another big surprise for a big enterprise like tanishq!!).
On 1st march i spoke to mr. Musheeb on toll free no. [protected] of tanishq, who assured to resolve and get back my payment. On 3rd march, i received call from ms. Deeksha, no. [protected] of tanishq. She said she will get back to me in two days. Since that time, i had been waiting and there is no reply from your office. My mobile no. And mail id has already been told to them.
You have now to take my case seriously and refund back my money, without facing further consequences. There had been no courtesy even to give a call from the nasik tanishq shop???

Updated by Aju PThakare There has been no reply nor seems any cognizance being taken by Titan shop at Nasik. I am going to file a suite against this shop and Titan has now to pay for this harassment.
Your shop phones at Nasik even given on the NET do not work.
Send me the postal address to issue you the notice for this harassment caused to me and my daughter. How can a company like Titan be so ruthless in not taking a cognizance and neither having a courtesy to give me a call on my mobile. When hon'ble Tata is doing so much during the Corona problem, you dont have a coutsey...
