[Resolved] Titan Company — escalation against world of titan | |||
Dear team, I’m Upasana Singh currently working on Tata consultancy services.This mail is for escalation procedure. Yesterday 8’0 clock night I went to world of Titan, Mgf (Gurgaon-122001) for Titan watch purchasing . I purchased a men’s sport watch under guidance of your Titan team .For exchange procedure, they confirm that exchange is possible with in 3 months and asked me to purchase the Titan voucher which provides me 8% cashback available in paytm but purchased card is Titan eye plus vouchers which is suggested by Titan team that is not acceptable in Titan but this is not my fault, again they told me to purchased another vouchers for Titan. But because o[censored]rgent watch requirement and years of faith on Titan I purchased new voucher and collected watch .Attached bill for same but after purchased they told me exchange is not possible in your purchased item, my workers is new she don’t know Titan rules. But Your employee is uneducated it’s not my fault so I want a fully refund of Titan eye plus vouchers which cost is 5000 INR If required I’ll provide you complete details .This is not acceptable . Please take hard action against Titan team . As early as possible please refund my money . And only due to “Titan “ name people have trust on it and also have faith on their customer satisfaction attitude. This type of behaviour with customer is also not right.I hope Titan is still maintaining its name and want to hold customer’s. Attached bill for same .Also attaching photos of Titan showroom members because of which we are facing loss of 5000 inr. Was this information helpful? | |||
