Titan Company — Fraud By Titan

Dear Sir/Mam,

On 28th Jan, I ordered a Kenneth Cole watch from Titan website. And before ordering I confirmed this thing from Titan whether I can apply for return or not (if I don't like the watch), I was told that I can
return the watch within the 7 days from delivery and I asked the
procedure too.

I ordered this watch at my friend's place "Shubham". It was a
surprise. Watch was delivered on 2nd Feb. And we didn't like the
product (didn't meet our expectations).

Then on 6th Feb (Saturday) I called customer care for the return and requested for reverse pickup to be scheduled on 8th Feb (Monday) because my friend was not available at his place for 6th Feb. But the executive said he can't fix a day or date.. he can only raise the request. But he told me that if the pickup is not done for the first time, there will be 2 more attempts from the Ecom Express (Ecom express was fixed for my reverse pickup) for the pickup. Total 3 pickups.

On 6th Feb, an Ecom Express guy called my friend and he told that guy he is not available today. Ecom express guy said he will come on Monday (8th Feb).

Today is the 1st of March, but that watch is not picked up yet. I am
calling the customer care again and again.. but they keep on saying,
Sir wait for 24 to 48 hrs... Because of this, my money is blocked. On
15th Feb, Afternoon when I called Titan, your executive only said.. if
till 16th Feb my pickup is not done, I can knock the gate of consumer court. Meanwhile I was also contacting the Ecom Express, they people are also saying the same thing that waits for 24 to 48 hrs. And on 15th Feb, my friend went to the Ecom Express office in Bharatpur and they said, reverse pickup is cancelled from the company's end.

Ecom express people are blaming Titan and Titan is blaming Ecom
Express. Titan's executive continuously saying that it all happened
because of Ecom Express, it's their mistake and all, they said. On
26th Feb, I called Titan. The executive said, they have an update of
25th Feb From Ecom Express that they tried to contact the customer (My friend's number, as his number was mentioned for the order delivery) for reverse pickup, but the customer was not contactable. I immediately called my friend from another phone and put the phone on speaker so that the titan executive can also listen to what my friend is saying.. he clearly said he has not received anything. If Ecom Express people would have actually tried to call, at least he would get a message like you have a missed call from this number.. he received nothing..

I also applied in the National Consumer Helpline, ( Docket number -
2571903). I mailed this docket number at [protected]@titan.co.in. But still Titan didn't even try to contact me from their end.

National consumer helpline also mailed at the same email. But till now there is no update from the titan company..

It seems like.. company is here to make money, to cheat and harass the people. These people are not here to serve their customers. It's been more than a month since my money is blocked. I feel like I have committed a crime by ordering Titan. After this I
will never buy any of the Titan products, neither from the website nor from any other source. And will recommend the same to my friends and family. Seriously disgusting it is...

I'm also attaching the screenshots which state how many times I have contacted Titan. Another screenshot states that, when the watch was ordered, when it was delivered, and when I applied for return.
