Titan Company — No response from titan customer care

Dear sir,
I purchased a smart watch one month ago then right now watch is not working its display on stuck, touch is not working. I gone to titan care they said call customer care, i call to customer care no. [protected] but everytime they said all service partners are busy if they respond they said please wait 24 hrs i continuous call from tuesday 23rd May but they did not give a proper answer. I visit 2 times to titan care new market showroom but they also behave wrong i have recordings of customer care and mail which i sent please help me out of this.
