Titan Company — OTP issue

Dear Mr. C K Venkataraman,

Titan,

This is with great displeasure I am forced to write to top management of Titan.

I have bought Titan Smart Watch a preminum watch from store. I think i have made mistake by picking your brand for it. There are other smart watch brands not big as yours but their process is very smooth and easy process for customer to start wearing the product.

Conerns:

1. No understanding of customer pain.

2. No one wants to revert or repond. ( Refer trail mail)

3. Nobody is bothered to understand what is the issue raised.

4. I m not able to get OTP for registration as per the process in the box. It's 3 day.

5. I m from Telecom and understand DND process and the SMS delivery process.

6. Your team didn't call and when didn't get any call and post waiting no one called me back i had called call center. The person name kartik said it's ur issue of DND hence it is no issue from our side. Pls note before writing and calling you i have already got the same check with my technical team and have confirmed me with logs it is issue of Titan end.n

7. Your team said for call back and the person doesn't know what is process and same gets repeated.

8. They have not idea of return process.. one cll center person says no policy. And other says it's 30 days.

No call back yet.

No resolution.
