Hello, recently I bought specs including lens from Titan Eye Plus at BDA Complex, Banashankari, Bangalore for Rs16, 000. I bought the specs with nose pads. I categorically asked whether there will be any marks because o[censored]sing the specs. They confirmed loud and clear that there would not be any issue as the frame is imported. After using for a few days, marks getting generated. I thought it would be initial. After a month, there were heavy marks on both sides of nose as well as on top of the end of the nose. There is a lot of hitching also.

I went to their store yesterday and they asked me come again. My doctor says if I continue using the same, there will be marks around eyes. I am also seeing black marks below eyes.

    I tanisha sharma have purchased a solitaire gold ring on 20th nov 2021 from tanishq store Aundh branch pune.
    However when i wore it, my finger got black after few days.
    I have rechecked it by rubbing gold ring on my palm and again it got black as if brass is mixed in my gold ring.
    Highly disappointed and never had expected this from such a big Brand like TATA.
    KINDLY CHECK FROM YOUR END AND PLEASE PROVIDE ME GENUINE PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY FRAUD IN IT.

            Tanishq — Unprofessional behaviour at Tanishq store, purnea, Bihar
            Today I went to buy some jewelleries in Tanishq store, purnea, Bihar.I wanted to pay by card but it was above limit so I asked them if I could pay by net banking.so, at first I send 100rs and asked them to confirm if they received it or not so that I could transfer entire amount for which they refused and said that phone is with our owner and we can’t call them.you guys only tell me how can I send two lakh rupee in an account which they can’t confirm
            I requested them several times as we all know confirmation is important .what if later they refused that they didn’t receive the amount.and they were also rude.i am regular buyer and I felt very bad because of this unprofessional behaviour.i wasted my three hours and I left the shop.

                  I had placed an order on Jan 2nd. But the product has not yet been delivered to me. To add spice to my wounds the given tracking id is also incorrect. I still don't know whether the product has been shipped by them or not. This is pathetic from a trusted household name of India.

                      So my last Golden Harvest account was closed and a check was courier without informing or checking with the customer!
                      When I see my message I see that they sent check to an address where i dont reside anymore!
                      Than the follow chain and email begun!
                      They sent me email with google form for bank details i submitted and after that no news than i call back for update and they say they need some more ac info so i provided everything and they said it will be process...
                      Than again they vanish and again i follow up bcz I get again meg they courier check to same address and i called back.again and excutive gave assurance we will.stop check and refund to.ac and we will update you maam!
                      But 10 day passed and no update than again i called and same stupid thing happening again!
                      At every instant i told them dont trouble me i just recently went under a critical.surgery dont mentally harsh me but the customer service sucks!
                      I am feedback and asked them to keep check ready at Thane location my husband will pick up so guess wait they gave said we will get back to you soon!

                        I have bought Titan Smart Watch a preminum watch from store. I think i have made mistake by picking your brand for it. There are other smart watch brands not big as yours but their process is very smooth and easy process for customer to start wearing the product....

                        Hi,

                        I have opened a Golden harvest account, On 8 of Oct 2021 I had payment my monthly instalment of 10000 the amount was debited but was not reflecting, Upon enquiring they told it will be refunded in 15 days to my account and asked me to do a second time payment of the same which was successful.

                        For the last 2 months even after sending numerous calls and emails, I am yet to get a proper response with each customer care representive telling a different reason.

                        I have enquired with the Bank and they have clearly mentioned that there is no issue with the bank and the amount has been deposited in tanishq account which has also been conveyed to the customer care .

                        The most frustrating thing in this is they will tell that the senior team will get back in 24 t0 48 hrs but even after a week there wont be any reply or call.

                        As a customer I am deeply disappointed .

                          I have made an online order of product named "Raga Viva Blue Metal Strap Watch" with ref no : NN2578SM01 through official app of titan company (World Of Titan) using UPI mode of payment bearing a transaction ID : T2112131015310464084840 dated 13/12/2021. I have even raised a complaint for the same through mail ([protected]@titan.co.in) and contacted their client through customer care service (Ph No: [protected]) but did not receive any response from their side. I ask them for either product delivery or refund for the same along with delay compensation.

                              1. Myself Mrs Deepti Chauhan is a regular customer of TATA Tanishq and also subscribing through Golden Harvest scheme since last 7-8 yrs at various Tanishq showrooms at Pune, Guwahati, & Lucknow. My last account number[protected] matured in Oct 21 at Lucknow.
                              2. Cheque No 392397 dt 08 Dec 21 for Rs 150000 has been forwarded to me vide mail from Bangalore office of Titan company Ltd. As mentioned in the letter that I have not redeemed the account as per key conditions of the Golden Harvest scheme is not correct. The following is submitted for your kind review, verification and strong orders for compensation.
                              (a) Since last few years (probably from 2016/17 I was not getting msgs of
                              incircle points etc on my registered mobile number ([protected]).
                              (b) It came to my notice during my purchase of jewelry from Tanishq at
                              Sahnajaf Road, Lucknow vide Tax invoice No LKH/CM/16748 dt 18 Mar
                              21 that the invoive has been generated in the name of some Mr Amit
                              Kumar Karnwal, however with same incircle number. It was a very bad
                              feel and embarrassing for me. When I complained, I was told that the
                              issue will be resolved shortly. I had reminded the official but issue not
                              resolved till Oct 21 and I did not get any reminder/confirmation call or
                              SMS/mail regarding last date for redeem of my matured scheme.
                              (c) I could not redeem the matured scheme as I was apprehensive that
                              the billing would again be in some others name and my benefits of
                              scheme would not come to me. Rather, it was on 08 Dec 21 when I
                              visited the Tanishq shop when I was told that my scheme has over
                              matures and amount is being refunded to me, which was again very
                              embarrassing. However, it further added to my embarrassment, rather
                              harassment when I booked a jewelry (necklace) but could not do the
                              payment since I was told that the discrepancy of my name and mobile
                              number has not been resolved.
                              (d) Hence, may I request to kindly review the entire issue regarding the
                              functional discrepancy at your end which has led to repeated
                              embarrassment and harassments to a genuine customer. I also feel that
                              this has probably debarred me of my benefits. Hence, I also demand
                              appropriate compensation for the same.
                              3. Mr Ved at Tanishq Shahnajaf Rd, Lko had initially tried to rectify the discrepancy but could not materialize till Dec 21. Hope the authorities will do justice. Regards

                                I recently purchased titan nebula watch of mode NN600DL18 through portal which was delivered on 20th of December.

                                The watch I purchased contains unique number of 0720A1047. Now I have returned the watch with box, bill and tags to the blue dart courier with tracking number [protected].

                                The package is still in my home town office which they are saying titan back end team has not provided ev bill/paper work.

                                This is ridiculous from titan and when I call customer care they talk rubbish things. Stupid behaviour from titan which I did not expected.

                                If I ask titan customer care to cancel the pickup request they are telling already in transit which is false statement.

                                I need cancellation of this and handover the product today back.

                                Titan policy doesn’t tells that employee will go for leave and it may delay the process.

                                  I’m on a golden harvest plan with Tanishq, the last instalment was paid by me on dec 8 and the same has been deducted from my account but yet I get notification regarding unpaid instalment for this month . I had initially followed up with the customer care number they initially said it will be refunded within 7 days but it never did then again I followed up with them, then they said in some getaway it is failed but once they raised a ticket it will be refunded and they raised a ticketTKT-[protected]
                                  It’s more than 20 days I haven’t got the money back neither any answer from them . Then the customer care guys said the concerned team will get back to me but they never did . Then I wrote a mail to them also and an auto generated mail triggered saying some new ticket is generated TKT-[protected]. I never expected such delay and even inconvenience from a brand like tanishq

                                    I am very dissatisfied with her way of attending us. She was presenting things in an very uninterested way and was not telling about products clearly.

                                      I got a titan watch gift from my friend. i wore it the very next day and i saw it was not working. Then i went to titan showroom from where the watch wws brought. They said that there was carbon in the battery.. and again i wore it on next day again i saw it wwas not working.. once again i gave the watch in same showroom. They gave me the watch in 2days.. after that i wore the watch for one day i saw the belt was damaged..very bad experience..
