Titan Company — Product price has been deducted but not placed the order in app section

I had ordered the fastrack watch today my money has been deducted for the watch 2750/- but the order is not placed in the order section. This is which kind of thing if customer is purchasing any thing worth of rs and you are not placing the order. I request you to solve this ASAP. If you can place the order and deliver it is okay but not then just refund the amount.
