[Resolved] Titan Company — Refusal for cash memo | |||
I had to repair my titan Raga watch as the battery wasn't working. I went to a showroom in sector 18 Noida. They asked us whether we would like the ₹250 battery or ₹350 one. We said we would like the ₹350 one. After everything was done, they handed us the warranty card. We said we would like to have the receipt too. They started arguing that the warranty card is only the receipt and the price will not be mentioned as per titan guidelines. We were like this is not done because per my consumer rights the cash memo is important. That means the amount we have paid for the battery isn't going into the accounts. Please look through it.
