I bought a Glass worth rs 6000(rs 3000 +rs 3000 for glass +frame) nearly 4 months ago. I was told it was scratch resistant but they don't give guarantee if someone get scratch on the Glass . Within a month or two of purchase I got scratches. When I went them they told me that they can't change the glass and it was my fault I got scratches.I want to know if it is scratch resistant then how did I got scratch so easily. I didn't rub it in any rough place.Scratch resistance means will not get scratch easily. They told I could not handle it. It's a daily wear able glass, but they want me to handle with care as a show piece. What does they mean if it is so delicate then why they said it is scratch resistant. I also have another glass from a normal company I didn't get scratches there. How could that glass be so good being less in price. I use both the glasses the same way.I got multiple small scratches as well in titan glasses. Very poor quality and it was not at all scratch resistant. Very poor quality of the frame too. Screw also gotten loose. I have seen this twice with titan glasses only.

Titan is not a good company nowadays. Just going by it's name and brand. Service bad and price high. Quality isn’t satisfactory as compared to its price. I have many friends who also have problem with titan. I would prefer you all not to buy things from titan eye plus. Worst spectacle shop ever seen in my life.

    I have titan chronograph watch. It's key button is damaged. I gave my watch to titan care center in Bangalore at that time watch was running smoothly. Only key was not working, they told me that it's not available with them so it has to send to manufacturing unit itself. So I agreed. After 25 days that titan care person told me that watch cannot be repairable and it's key is not available now in manufacturing unit also.
    He also told me that they will give me some coupon in exchange of my watch. But after two days he called me told that your Watch has come from service center without repair.
    Thing is now Watch is not working. I am very disappointed with this type of service. Please do help me in fixing this problem. Do repair my Watch and give. I had paid Rs. 14999 for this watch. How can I trust titan you only tell me.
    For 15000 there is no value. With in 3 years spares not available means what?

    I have titan Edge watch (flagship product). Exactly after two years, it stopped functioning. We had a check in World of Titan, Nagercoil, TamilNadu. The dial need to be replaced and it will be fixed. I agreed with a waiting period of 25 days. After 35 days that titan person told me that watch cannot be repairable since spare is not available now in manufacturing unit.
    He also told me that they will give me some coupon in exchange of my watch worth of 40%.
    Cost of watch is Rs.11, 000. still they are insisting me to buy at the same place. I am very disappointed with this type of service. Please do help me in fixing this problem.
    Do repair my Watch and give or replace it otherwise refund my price i have paid for the watch.
    How can I trust titan ?? With in 2 years spares not available...Seems funny...Dont play with the bloods of pupil.

      This is with deep regret I am writing this.I have purchased fastrach wrist watch from Lulu cochin, dated as on 09.04.2015. From the first weeks itself its showing some complaints to the machine after that they will replace the machine. Now again it's showing some defects to the glasses and edges, it became rough and the glasses become crumpling without any hitting. The watch doesn't having a single scratches on it.I am attaching the watch pic and the bill details for your reference.Please solve this at earliest.

      I hope Titan is better brand and i am using fastrack models for a quite long time . I have not so far experienced such sort of problem.I shall be grateful if you could rectify this problem at the earliest.

        I am staying at adayar, chennai and on 08 feb 2017, i walked into titan showroom to change battery of my watch. I handed over the watch to the service team and i enquired about the charges, he said it would be around rs 55/-. I said ok to change the battery.. He changed the battery and to my utter shock handed over a bill for rs 175/-, which said... Battery rs 52.40/- and service charges 100/-... Now imagine... Battery for just 52 bugs and whoopingg rs 100 for service charges (Please see pic of the bill attached)... Its gross to take so high service charges just for replacing a battery..
        I would further bring to your notice that local shops just charge the price of the battery and no amount towards replacement charges..!!! Next time i would never go to titan showroom... And rather get it done through a local guy..!! And i want my service charges back..!!

          I went to Titan showroom on Sunday i.e on[protected] and selected a titan juxt smart watch and the salesperson told me that this is the last piece left at our outlet and the updated version i.e juxt pro is yet to come to stores but when the billing was done, I found scratches on it and told the salesperson.He told me that he will replace the glass and I agreed and went back home.But now I have found that juxt pro is available everywhere online and I don't want to buy the outdated version.I want my money back and the salesperson refuses to do so.plz help me out on this.It's my hard earned money.

            I have a TITAN OBAKU watch of serial number 9299SBA.
            I like the watch and the style very much. The leather strap needs to be replaced. When approached to the service centres of TITAN at Ernakulam / Cochin, they do not have it. They cannot make any any commitment whether it will be available from the watch maker.
            It is very unfortunate that a watch manufactured by a reputed company of the stature of TITAN, costing
            Rs 6000/- (Six thousand rupees) has to be thrown out after three years.
            Could you please look into this and arrange to get a black strap. I am also willing to take a suitable Stainless steel, if available,

              Titan company has ditched me, their executives have humiliated me by disconnecting my phone calls. I had given my watch for servicing at Titan Authorized service center where they had given me 2-3 days lead time. However even after completion of 2 months they have never responded me back about watch repair status. While submitting my watch for repair they agreed that my watch is covered under warranty now they are refusing to this fact.

                Hi,
                I bought this watch couple of years back. at the time they said you have 5 year warranty for the mesh if it worn out you can change it. But now when i visited the service center they are saying there is not strap available for this model. is this the kind of answer you reply to a customer who has invested 6k on some watch for which there is no service thereafter

                  I purchased a Titan watch for Rs. 4, 000/- vide Bill No. 38833 dated[protected] from Bajaj Electronics and Appliances, Nehru Place, New Delhi.                     I was gifted a Titan Xylus watch on purchased on Oct 9, 2015 from titan watches showroom 199 linking road, Bandra Mumbai doc no[protected] for Rs 25000.
                    At that time the manager Jimmy indicated that the 1 year warranty was valid and I could contact the Kuala Lumpur service center as I am based in Malaysia.
                    In July 2016 the clasp of my strap broke and I went to the service center in KL . They did not have a Xylus clasp, so put a ingersoll rand clasp with the brand displaying. The apologized as they said they do not have all the parts for Titan.
                    In December 16 I came to Mumbai to replace the clasp for a Xylus one.
                    I was told that the warranty had expired and they could not replace it . I would have to pay Rs 3600 to replace the whole strap.
                    This is terrible customer service by a reputed brand titan/Tata that talk about being a global brand and can sell and service their products all over.
                    I want the clasp or whole strap replaced as I had the problem and went to a registered service center before warranty period.

                      Purchased Titan Raga watch and within 6 months faced issue wiyh lock it was loosened, got it proper at Titan service centre. Later again after 3 months faced same issue went to get it repair. The centre took and while fixing lock broke by repairer. And centre asked me to pay lock changing amount. I argued for paying, people were very rude they almost shouted at me. I asked receptionist for complaint register she asked another sales girl went inside n came out n replied Sorry madam we dont have complain register. I was shocked such big Titan Chain don't have complain register!!!
                      Later I called on toll free number n again person listened me n at last denied me giving complaint number. As per him Titan Customer Service dont generate any "Customer Complain Number"!!! Wow I dont believe Tata group does this... Even I am working as an employee in one of Tata groups. This is not "Tata Ethics"...

                        I had purchased diamond ear rings from your M.I.Road, Jaipur store. At the time of purchase it was assured that If theses will exchanged at any time, it may exchanged with other items and the value will deducted by 5%. Now after approx two-three years I want to exchange and go to store, I was shocked that value of these items is only 13000/- against value of 23000/-.

                          I have purchased titan octane watch from Gujarat VADODARA, it is just 2 months past and I am facing lots of problems(It is getting stops sometimes) in watch. I have complaint 4 5 times at Vadodara Central mall for the same but they gave me watch back by saying they have changed whole machine. But still I am facing the same problem.                             Watch under warranty- could neither be repaired nor be replaced by the company. Company now refusing to refund money. Says it will only allow me to make equivalent purchases from a select range of watches in their store with series of conditions.

                              I also had bought a fastrack watch from a showroom of bhubaneswar, odisha. At the purchase of time they told me you can repair your watch in all india. But when i went to titen showroom in bangalore, they told me, no you can only repair at the purchase of showroom. Whats going on... Its total loss of my money and my time. I will never buy any watch from this type of showroom and never do the extension warrenty.

                                This is regarding my Titan Watch which I bought almost a year ago and and I was using this watch rarely because I use other models of Titan watches.But about 2 months back the said watch fell down from about 2 ft height and all the index on the dial comeout and i got it serviced from one of the authorized service centers and again after 2 days same problem happend and this time also i got it serviced and now on 12th December the watch fell down not even from 1 ft height and the same problem occured.This time I called up Titan care on 14th December and registered a complaint and requested them to replace the watch because of the quality.
                                They have given me the reference no. as [protected] and told me that with in 2 days I will get a call back from customer care but I got a call on 29th December exactly after 16 days and somebody by name Rose called me from the number [protected] and asked about the issue and told me to deposit the watch in Jayanagar Titan Care and i did it. Then from the Titan care person I came to know that she has informed the store people to rectify the error and give back the same watch.
                                Is this the way a reputed company respond to the customer problems?
                                Company backend person Rose sent me all the way from my place Kengeri to Jayanagar as if i called up Titan Customer care to findout the Titan Care address. Now my watch is at Titan Care Jayanagar and my receipt reference no. is 1653.

                                  I am complaining about a diamond wedding ring purchased by me for my bridegroom on 31.10.2013 which is defective and Diamond has come out from the grip of ring which I have complaint several times verbally to your Tanisq shop at Gariahat Kolkata but they have told that they will send the same to their workshop at Bangalore and it may take two to Three months to refit and return the same which I do not agree.
                                  This my earnest request to you to resolve the issue on spot at Gariahat Shop at Tanisq from where I have purchased the same.

                                    I got replaced belt of my RAGA watch white in colour but within a day it became defective, we approched the shop for replacement as it was on warranty.The watch along with warranty card was deposited to the shop on 18/09/2016 vide shop varlant no .D 09770 dated 18/09/16 but inspite of passage of three months it has not been replaced and no date been given for delivery of the watch.Under such circumtance what customer should do without watch?.Please look into for early repair.Mob-[protected] [protected]@gmail.com -Ajay

                                    Titan Company — Belfast of Fastrack watch is not available at any Service Centres. Not offering replacement of the watch
                                    Have purchased fastrack watch.
                                    Model number 4052PM01.
                                    Belt is broken. Service Centres are not able to replace the belt.
                                    Watch is in working condition and rarely used. Have another watches so this watch had used only few times.
                                    Want belt of this watch or replacement.

                                      I would like to bring to your notice that i have been a regular customer of titan products and i bought the specs from titan-eye store in surat on ghod-dod road on 04/03/2013. Recently one of the lens broke s o i went there for the new lens. They said new lens and old one will be mismatch. So go for both new lenses and we went for both the lenses though only one lens was broken. I trusted them with that. I trusted tata. Now after almost 5-6 days, they called me up and told me that during the lens fitting, the frame is broken and they want me to pay for the frame. I asked them to give me one good reason to pay for the frame. And their excuse was that the frame is old so its broken. Then no follow up call for 2-3 days. After that i went to the store and the owner asked to pay 50% of the frame cost. I asked him that why should i pay? Now he is not willing to give the new frame at no cost or get me the same frame. If i choose the new frame.. I am ready to pay the surplus. But he is not ready for it. Kindly do the needful otherwise i have to go legally for this matter. Now its almost 15 days and the issue is still not resolved.
                                      Was i wrong in trusting titan (Tata) name???

                                      The main problem is the service ..there is no follow up call regarding resolving the issue...and while i tell the owner that i have had a word in customer care...he said they don't know anything...
                                      My fastrack watch was not working properly.I purchased the watch from Qatar.my warranty is to be end on next month (2017 January ).so I went to my nearest service centre.but I didn't get my service there.what can I do?please solve my problem. ...
