Earlier i was using Titan Eye product as the lens gave issue again after 1 year i had to go a new lenses as per the executive the crizal is much better that the earlier product, as my earlier lenses was having scrath issues hence decided to go with crizal lens and new frame .
After take this lenses and frame i personally feel local brands are much better than titan eye as even after taking costly lenses the quality of lenses and frame is not at all good quality as scrath started coming on lenses within 6 months of purchasing it .Both the lenses started getting lot of scrath inspite of take atmost care of the lenses also the frame is not worth of the value as the handle is get losse and also the shape of frame is going out of shape.
I visited to ur showroom also but got a standard statment that sir its not covered in warranty but confirmed that the scratches are too much within 2 years, also ur executive has assured me it has coating and it will not have scratches, which means TITAN executives mislead the customer at the time of sale which is a really a pathetic.
I have raising the complaint at the source of Titan Eye but I have only got the assurance that issue will be resolved and complaint number is shared but the issue is still not resolved.

I bought titan eye lenses in 2022. I am sorry to say that after only 1 year and 8 months coating peeled off. When i visited Titan eye shop it was told that it is very rare but he can't help as the product is out of warranty (1 year). It is a very sorry state that defect which is rare also covered with 1 year warranty. This also means that Titan eye is unsure if its product lasts more than a year. I repeatedly mailed to titan eye customer care but of no use. I also mention that I wish to escalate the matter but no response. This is quite pathetic. There is no customer care from Titan eye plus side.
I wish to get the lenses replaced but Titan eye is not responding and simply saying Out of warranty.
