This is with regards to a smart watch Titan Fastrack Reflex that I had ordered on 24th July 2022. I had hardly used it for a while and the display started giving problems. Later it completed went off and would not start at all.
On 7th December I took the watch to World of Titan at Viviana Mall, Thane where I was told they will have to send it to the service center and that it would take around 2-3 weeks.
Around first week of January I got a call to inform that the watch was faulty and cannot be repaired so they would issue me a Credit Note and won’t be replacing the watch.
On 8th January 2023 I visited the store where I was informed that the credit note issued will be valid for 90 days (Credit note had an issue date of 20th December 2022 which means 20 days lapsed) and cannot be used against any products on discount. While the store was running discount on majority of the products. I was also told that post 90 days the credit note will be no good and I shall loose the entire credit.
These conditions with the credit note is absolutely unfair and not acceptable as it was clearly restricting the choices for no fault of mine.
Even after several emails, There is no response from customer service or the corp team.

I bought titan smart 2, after some time we are facing problem with dry battery and wake up time. I raised issue to customer care as well as service centre. we received ticket number: Ticket ID: TKT-[protected]
I raised complaint before warranty period and almost 1 month has completed but my problem is not resolved.
I am continuously taking follow-up but didn't respond.
The service centre is saying for 50% refund amount, but i don't want it. I am not going to repair the watch. Requesting to replacement only.
Please look into this matter like Titan Brand.
