This is regarding my experience of service of titan watch, model number: 9638ym01. I have given my watch to gupta watch emporium, bisra road, rourkela - 769001 (Authorized titan watch care) dated 28th july 2017. After so many follow ups with them finally received my watch on 19th august 2017. But on 25th august the watch stopped working again, then i have contacted the above service center again. This time they told to me leave the watch in their service center for 4 days. As i had to travel to chennai on 26th august 2017, so requested them get it serviced quickly. Finally they serviced it on 25th august and i received my watch. They told all ok this time. But unfortunately the watch stopped working on 28th august 2017.
I want to highlight the following points which disappointed me and would never buy any titan products:
1. I was surprised to know that it would take almost a month to service a watch in authorized service center.
2. The service center technicians not sure about the issue with the product and not confident about the resolution they are providing.
3. They have charged rs. 491 for the service. I am attaching the invoice copy for the same.
I would request titan to look into my matter seriously and take action against the this fraud service center and repair my watch. If no action taken on this then i may need to seek for legal action.
