[Resolved] Titan Company — wrist watch glass replacement | |||
Hello, Please find attached my compliant receipt, also the my titan raga watch warranty card. Please note the compliant was registered on march 13, 2019, for the glass of my watch as it was broken and i had given watch for glass replacement. It'so pathetic service of titan it's all most three months now and glass of my watch is still not replaced. Service center employees are not at all responsible, after a month they told me that they will give me a voucher after deducting glass amount as they are not able to get the glass for that model, as told i was waiting and following up with them, later they told me that they will only give half amount of my watch although my watch is under warranty they can't give amount which was mentioned earlier, i was not convinced and i have requested as watch is under warranty i should get full amount after deduction of glass price, they said they will check and come back which took another 15 days, later when i checked with them they said they will returned my full money after dedication of glass which again took 15 days later when i have follow up with them they said glass is available and it will take another one week to get the glass replacement. After waiting for almost three months you expect me to wait for another one week, this is not at all accepted, this type of poor and pathetic service was never expected from titan. No customer has time to wait for three months and follow up with you. Titan is brand but providing this type of poor service to customers has decreased it's value. Now do you think customer like me will visit your store again. Now i request i don't need watch and glass kindly give me a vocher of my balance amount.
