I had bought xylys 9216sl03 wrist watch from world of titan, paschim vihar, new delhi for rs. 18000.
And just after one year the strap was completely tarnished and needed to be replaced.
When i approached customer care executive at world of titan and asked for replacement, i was told that it'll cost rs.2500 and a waiting period of 25 days, which i agreed to.
After 20 days, i am informed that they don't have replacement strap available.
I do not understand, how the company would not have replacement parts available for an expensive luxury product.
If this was informed to me earlier, i won't even have bought this watch. This is clearly misguiding the customer by withholding information.
I have spent good amount of money for this luxury watch and i agree to pay rs. 2500 for the replacement strap, still the company cannot provide me the replacement strap.
I would request the company to provide me with the replacement strap asap. Was this information helpful? |
