When i was paying my 6th installment through the tanishq golden harvest app, i opted for google pay option. The page got redirected to my google pay app and the payment was processed and it was debited from my account and was credited to "billdeskpg. [protected]@icici". Whereas, i did not get the confirmation message from tanishq for the payment which i usually get after the transaction. When i checked in the app, it was still asking for the payment. My installment date is on 7th of every month, i paid the installment on dec 1st, 2018.
When i called tanishq customer care, the person was unable to help me at that point of time, he gave me a customer care email id and asked me to drop an email to that for assistance. I did drop an email and did not get any response since last 4 days.
Please help me get the money back or just reflect in the app (Rs 3000) and also if i miss this installment there is no purpose of opting this scheme as, if i miss the installment they will cancel the benefit of this scheme.

Complaint marked as Resolved My money was reversed to my account on 6th December, 2018. I have paid my installment before due date successfully. Thanks :)
