Hi team,
I bought a watch on 04/08/2017 which is defective. Below are the reasons for the same.

1. After 1 month of purchase, it stopped working.
2. I submitted watch to service center, as per them something was loose. Hence it was not working.
3. I got the watch and it worked for some 1 month and gain it was stooped and this time, it works for some day and stopped for some day.
4. Then i submitted again to the service center and this time they said, machine has a problem and they changed the machine. It started working and again after 15 days it stopped working.
5.in between i again submitted watch to service center and it is stopped again.
Based on the behavior and services, anybody can conclude that this watch is defective and customer should get a replacement.

You can cehech the history details if your employee has entered into the system.
Please suggest me how to proceed with replacement as it is very difficult to go to service center every month to service a branded watch.
