I gave my titan watch for service at vslasaravakkam, chennai branch titan care center, on 18.12.2018 they told that rs. 700/- will be the service charge and the delivery date on 02.01.2019.
I went on 02.01.2019 evening, they told that it will not ready and it will take seven more days. I ask them to hand over the watch to me.
I never seen such irresponsible care center ever in my life. I am using titan watch for more than 25 yesrs shame about titan...

    I had given my watch for replacing the pearls and for changing the battery in lulu world of titan showroom. After the repair the pearls fitted in my watch are not of the accurate size and i was neither notified about the same.
    The store claims that i was informed and has charged an amount of rs 120 for replacement of pearls. The pearls that doesnot match the size.
    I would like to have a positive response from the authorities and refix my watch with exact sized pearls.

        I am very old customer of your brand since 2003. L am from gorakhpur on 23rd we had been to your showroom for my daughter's wedding ring and we stayed there for 45 minutes but no-one came to attend us.
        I am vinod henry joseph me and my wife both were there, l think because of our busy schedule we were not dressed up properly and missed the attention.
        Sir we are christians and get wedded by gold ring.
        With utter remorse l want to add that we could have not able to purchase the ring and going to regret for whole life

          Dear team

          This is to inform that your staff gives false commitment for opening investment account. Kindly take immediate action against your staff bharat from goregaon mumbai tanishq store and i want all my investment credit to my account in immediate effect. I don’t want to continue any more and want to close all account in immidiate effect. Staff to open monthly investment account gives false commitment when i asked if i take the amount in maturity shall i get the refund and the answer was yes when today i asked for the credit i didn't received any interest of my money after blocking it for 13 months. It was not the end when i called the staff he have spoken so rude and saying"ha jo krna hai kr lijiye" when i said i want to speak to your manager he says nhi dete hum call manager nhi hai. What a company wow what a store where they don't have manager really appreciable company and store runs without manager. Kindly upgrade the store with well behaved staff to grow. And kindly refund all my investment today itself or i will complain in consumer court for the harrasement done by the staff to customers.

            I have order an Fasttrack watch on 7th September 2018 through Flipkart. Just within 1 month o[censored]se it stopped working. Service center guys denied to give any service as I have brought it online. After that I have wrote many mails to Titan but each time I got response that I have not picked up their call which is totally false as I have missed call alert aactivated on my mobile.Suddenly one day I received a phone call on 18th December 2018 from Grace in which she said that to visit the store once again with the watch and if the service center guys denies then she will speak to them. She also told me that she will available on call from 10am to 6pm from Monday to Saturdays and half day on Sundays to which I agreed. But today[protected]_Saturday when I visited the store and called her up she told me to call her on Monday as Saturday & Sundays are Holidays which clearly shows Titan Care executives don't have any commitment towards their Customers. For a single new watch that too from a branded company costing Rs 2500 I am facing so much issues like worst after sales service, no customer care helps even after writing so many mails etc.

              Hi team,

              I bought a watch on 04/08/2017 which is defective. Below are the reasons for the same.

              1. After 1 month of purchase, it stopped working.
              2. I submitted watch to service center, as per them something was loose. Hence it was not working.
              3. I got the watch and it worked for some 1 month and gain it was stooped and this time, it works for some day and stopped for some day.
              4. Then i submitted again to the service center and this time they said, machine has a problem and they changed the machine. It started working and again after 15 days it stopped working.
              5.in between i again submitted watch to service center and it is stopped again.

              Based on the behavior and services, anybody can conclude that this watch is defective and customer should get a replacement.

              Watch was submitted to below service center.

                Hii consumer court i want to compliment against the titan watch, i have bought watch from titan store, in june 2018, after buying watch 6 time i have visited to service centre and they have told me to we can’t exchange watch. I have guarantee card of watch but they refuse to exchange it. I want to complaint against titan watch company. Worst, third class, cheap watch and service provider seen ever in my life, i’ll never buy titan watch in my life and also inform to all my friends to don’t buy any product from titan.

                  Please let me know how come tanishq gold value is way more than rbi regulated value? It is very much disappointing. Please explain. Today 22k gold rate is 3090 per gm. But in tanishq showroom it was 3147. How come i should pay more than rbi value? It happened today at serampore tanishq showroom. When asked about the rate details the employee was very rude and asked me to take it the value they were asking. If that is the behaviour no customer will ever want to get back to the shop.

                    xylys 9216sl03 wrist watch strap replacement unavailable

                    I had bought xylys 9216sl03 wrist watch from world of titan, paschim vihar, new delhi for rs. 18000.
                    And just after one year the strap was completely tarnished and needed to be replaced.
                    When i approached customer care executive at world of titan and asked for replacement, i was told that it'll cost rs.2500 and a waiting period of 25 days, which i agreed to.
                    After 20 days, i am informed that they don't have replacement...

                    Today i made a purchase from your behala, kolkata showroom.

                    Much regret to inform you that i had a very unpleasant shopping experience. I bought a chain and the whole process took around two hours including melting and value assessment of the old gold, which i feel is much too long. Thereafter, while registering my details for the generation of the bill, my name was spelt wrongly, which resulted an avoidable delay and self going through a series of questions for verification, which is not accepted.

                    Being a senior retired indian navy officer, i didn't expect such an experience at a tata outlet (Tanishq).

                      It is a very unique advertisement showing women working late night with dark circles under eyes, with a soldier with scar on her cheek, etc... It is truly creative and inspiring. But the closing line ' flaunt your flaw' is itself flawed. A big let down. How can all these be flaws in a woman? Please make it more positive considering feelings of those who have gone through such sufferings.

                        I m a regular customer of tnishq... I went to tanishq panbazar to exchange a gold ear rings with 22k gold n bis hallmark.. N an old bangle without bis hallmark... I insisted them to melt both of them togther coz the ear ring value should be the same with todays value of 22 k gold n the bengle s value might b little less coz of non bis halmark... But after taking my signature in the papers they melted both the ornaments togther and instead of 22 k after melting we found only 19.5 k coz of the bangle... I ws very angry at the sales person n he just tried to explain me as if i m a kid... Worst experience in buying gold with tanisqh... I wasn't expecting a brand name like tata s outlet looting their customers like this... Shame on u n ur services...

On 16th dec i paid both the installments of which one got successful but the other was failed but my account is debited and tanishqbilldesk is credited i. E payment was successful through it was showing as failed transaction in golden harvest scheme app.
                          I requested tanishq customer care by mail, call and by whatsapp to refund my money but in vain....

                          Dear sir, i visited your bhopal malviya nagar branch on 29th, as i am from chhindwara, your employeesassure me that any branch of titan eye provide services. So i ordered my frame and glasses on the name of nimish bhangre, who is also tata employee. I got delivery from your chhindwara store on 8 nov. But it not suitable for near vision. Also frame was broken, i did not understand how is it happened. Because i did not notice it earlier. Even when your opthalmologist ask me i replied that it is design. So i can't able to say it is brake after delivery or earlier. Now your employee ask to make crizal lenses. Earlier my bill was more than 8000 and now again i pay more amount for lenses and frames also. I request you to resolve the issue.

                            I have 2 golden harvest scheme, i paid the installment today of which one got successful and the other was failed but my account is debited and tanishqbilldesk is credited, the payment was done through google pay.                             We entered the showroom and there was no one to attend to us. Despite asking several times, no one bothered to come. Rude behaviour by Sunday telling us to find our someone to attend on our own. Would never go here again.

                              I visited the nearest tanishq store today and i was not satisfied with the services. I wanted to exchange my old gold ring of 4.790 gm which was 22k gold when it was bought and first checked at your respective store. But when it was melted and checked again it was found to be 18k gold inspite of me having a receipt of its 22k purity.
                              Moreover this situation was told to us after we purchased a new gold ring and a pendant which proved to be a great loss as we were bound to purchase the ring and the pendant. Therefore i feel that i may have been cheated.
                              So i request you to please check into this matter and provide me with the details.

                                Customer care unit or help desk of tanishq is more pathetic. You really should improve on ur store availability n product knowledge. You charge highest making charge among other jewellery retailer. More over you hire people for higher position with zero knowledge. I should not blame all but most of you are ridiculous. Though i received good service from 1 of your store but mostly just black spot of the company. @ratan_tata_sir plz look into it. We are not paying you less. Atleast keep some knowledgeable ppl in your army.

                                Expecting a company store in surat asap. Franchisee is pathetic... Pathetic & i really mean it. I am a regular buyer as i believe in tata. Please rethink on my point

                                  Being the best reliable diamond company in india why tanishq does not have or own it's own store in this city surat being surat ace n famous for diamond polishing. Named diamond city??

                                  Pathetic gesture of the franchise store. Customer service team is more pathetic with 0 knowledge and full of attitude. I am a regular buyer of your product by paying you more compare to other jewellers.

                                  Went to the post bazaar branch to get my battery replaced and I was charged 354 rupees as labour. Sorry to say but this us daylight loot. Need an explanation pls. Is it really worth 354 rupees for battery replacement.

                                    When i was paying my 6th installment through the tanishq golden harvest app, i opted for google pay option. The page got redirected to my google pay app and the payment was processed and it was debited from my account and was credited to "billdeskpg. [protected]@icici". Whereas, i did not get the confirmation message from tanishq for the payment which i usually get after the transaction. When i checked in the app, it was still asking for the payment. My installment date is on 7th of every month, i paid the installment on dec 1st, 2018.

                                    When i called tanishq customer care, the person was unable to help me at that point of time, he gave me a customer care email id and asked me to drop an email to that for assistance. I did drop an email and did not get any response since last 4 days.

                                    Please help me get the money back or just reflect in the app (Rs 3000) and also if i miss this installment there is no purpose of opting this scheme as, if i miss the installment they will cancel the benefit of this scheme.

                                    I am attaching all the screenshots of the payment that was done by me.

                                    Issue is resolved.
                                    While 4th installment, I have successfully paid the amount through the google pay application .received mail like that amount would be added or it returns back within 24 hrs.
                                    It' been 4 days still I din get any kind of acknowledgement.
                                    I raised report in mail and contacted your customer service. No one was able to help me out .here I have attached the mail
