[Resolved]  Titan — defective watch strap sold

i couldnt find a complaint option so im sending a msg here. i had bought a strap for my watch in your titan store at phenoix pune. 1st of all they sold me a faulty strap. when i was purchasing it they said that if there is any manufacturing defect i can exchange it within 6 months. but when i spotted a major manufacturing defect i approached the store and at that time the staff started arguing that they can not exchange my strap and it has no warranty.. after a lot of hassle they finally accepted to exchange it and will give me a cal as soon as they have a new strap. but now it has been more than 2 months that i havent recieved a cal from them.. i hav also visited the store twice after to nquire but all they say is that my strap whcih i have paid for as well as a new strap are not available.. this has really become a hassle and more than the money paid for the strap its about really bad customer service. kindly do the needful. thank you
