[Resolved]  Titan — Titan Watch 9477NL02J

I have purchased Titan 9477NL02J on 16/10/2020.But within the first 3 months the strap of the watch get eroded.I have contacted the customer care of TITAN and they advised me to go to nearest TITAN store.Tjen i went to TITAN Store in kollam, Kerala and they lodged a request for the strap and after some time they told me that the strap of the watch is not available in store and also told me that this watch is an outdated model.But when I am checking the e-commerce websites like flipkart and amazon, this watch is still available in store.This is truly an irony that the watch is available in store for sale but not the strap.I am expecting a solution for this issue.
