I have purchased gold harvest plan of Rs 2000 per month. My account number is[protected]. In the month of February 2023 this installment got deducted twice on 25th February 2023. My contact number [protected]

I avoid booking my first online watch from Amazon or Flipkart, just thinking of fake or damaged products from these websites. So, I preferred Titan own App, but this is also not lagging behind as I have received a damaged (glass broken) watch which was perpetually send to me from Titan without inspecting that the glass was damaged. Pathetic customer service. Please don't refund my money instead Replace my watch as I have already paid for it and I don't want any delay from your end. Thanking you. A dissatisfied customer.

I have ordered wrist watch model number np8147sm01 on 11th of march. I got a mail on 16th that your order has been cancelled, after getting details for the same, i came to know that, item was found defective during quality check, the customer care executive suggest me to rorder the same as product was available to buy on the website, i ordered it again on 16th itself. After waiting for more 11 days on 28th march, i received the same mail that your order has been canceled due to defective item. I dont know why thwy made me wait me for 11 more days and also the product is still available on the website, why dont they show it out of stock.Kindly check. I need that product anyhow because they have me wasted 17 days .Kindly send it to me from any of your store.

First of all, I did not expect this from Titan, it's almost a month, and i have not received my refund. My card has been charged with a huge amount, and the refund is still not reflecting.
I have spoken with many customer care representatives, they say it's escalated and i dont get any update/email/call/sms about the same.
I also escalated this on Twitter, but not getting any response.
Very disappointing experience, . Please help.

Too bad .. the employee name jagruti joshi. I had purchased the gold coin for 15g. When I purchased she told me that whenever I m going sell in future there will not be any charges. But when I came to sell out, i came to know that i have to pay making charges n gst as well, when I compliant this to floor manager, she was just smiling laughing. This tanishq the worse service. Zero customer satisfaction. This store is located to shivarajni - Ahmedabad

I had bought a Fastrack (Titan) smart watch - Reflex Play + on[protected]. After a months time it stopped working and it is not switching ON. I tried to charge it several times, but the watch remains dead and is not switching ON.
I had written a mail to the Titan Customer care at [protected]@titan.co.in on Tuesday[protected]. They had replied to me that they opened the Ticket and that the Ticket No is TKT-[protected] and shall revert to me at the earliest.

But there was not reply or update from them.
I had sent multiple mails and there has been no update.
I had bought a watch of from Titan of the thought that they would be credible and that their product would have the quality. But the watch has become unresponsive within a month of the purchase and their customer care is so unprofessional.

We have been regular customers at Tanishq for almost 2 decades and have purchased lakhs of worth of jewelry at Tanishq, Banashankari, Bangalore. This is mostly by investing in schemes.

We purchased a gold ring with diamond stones a few years ago. Now we wanted to exchange it for something new. When we went to the showroom, to our utter dismay, we were told that the jewelry is not of Tanishq and even the stone is not diamond. The store manager laughed away by accusing us of cheating when in fact we have been ethical law abiding citizens and regular customer over the years. Even the photo of the ring matched with what was there in their system. Yet they accused us of cheating when it was Tanishq that in fact cheated us with duplicate ring. See attached bill.

Never expected this from a brand like Tanishq. We go to such branded stores so that we aren't cheated. Instead they turned out to be the biggest cheats. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. The store manager Salman can't laugh at customers like this after cheating us.

I had opened 2 accounts under the Tanish Golden Harvest Scheme on 29.02.2023 and paid the first installment of 10, 000/- each for both the accounts

Subsequently, i closed both the accounts on 25.02.2023 and raised the online refund request on 25.02.2023 based on the discussion with the Tanisq Customer Executive and provided all the details like my NEFT details, the ID card for the transfer of the amount to my accounts .

The details have also been received by Tanishq . However, the refund for the same is still not received . I have sent 3 reminders to the Tanishq Team but there is no reply from their end .

Request to please take up this matter with the concerned teams to do the needful at the earliest .

I purchased jewellery of Rs 11, 00, 000/- from tanishq showroom, maqbool alam road, Varanasi.
I gave them cheques 4 days back but today they are refusing to hand over jewellery asking more money/commission.
They are doing total fraud.
Kindly sack all the salesman there and give me my jewellery or I will be forced to lodge FIR against this.

They have not shipped the product as can be clearly seen on the bluedart tracking but on titan’s website they have marked as delivered. Pathetic service and customer support they have.

I ordered a watch from company application and paid 960 online.after i cancelled the product for very low product rating as they are sending used products and they messaged me for refund.My order number is 8973746 for Rs 960.00 has been cancelled at 10th february.Till now waiting for refund.Customer care giving fake assurance for refund...It is one type of a case of customer harassment from this reputed brand.There shoud be a strong action against them ..

We came for buying a ring and gave another ring for exchange which was also Tanishq. The staff was extremely slow and not at all trust worthy. They took 45 min and took the ring inside in some room which was apparently unseen to us and whatever they did. After constant asking they finally came back and said ma’am the weight of your ring bas decreased but here is the catch the weight decreased was so much more than a normal wear and tear would do. A intelligent person here can understand what happened inside the room. Now after having a discussion with another tanishq store manager who we have trusted for years when this was discussed it was even shocking to him as to how the weight could decrease than the expected and normal level. Then when we finally discussed and everything was finalised the sales person - Pardeep says ma’am we wohave to s tfactory to revaluate again because we are doubtful that there is a chip in it. Being so unsure so confused as to what was the problem as well as the solution what is the evaluation after doing it again and again. I just hope whoever visits this store mustn’t buy the jewellery from here because it is a lifetime investment and such fraud might lead you to loss of your hard earned money. Also I would request Tata as well as tanishq as a brand to look out for what sort of staff they are hiring and are they even to be trusted with things like these.
Hope some action is taken and solution is provided.

I had purchased an Anne Klien watch on 6th Nov 2022. The watch stopped working after one month. I took the watch to World of Titan. The In-charge informed the battery has drained and replaced the battery as it was during warranty period. The watch stopped working again with 15 days. I have deposited the watch at World of Titan for observation for a month. I have purchased many watches of Titan company but never faced any problem with them as compared to the Anne Klien watch. I would like Titan to replace this watch with a Titan watch as I do not want any more Anne Klien watch.

I paid for the order in titan order is cencel but till date my payment is not returned i request titan to give me my refund payment ref.[protected]

Tanishq golden harvest jewellary purchase plan[protected] last payment of 10000 rupees credited via online payment to Tanishq but it is not reflecting in Tanishq website. when contacted to customer care they told payment is failed but amount is not returned back to bank please check from your side and arrange to resolve the issue if required i can provided bank statement

Every time I write them a mail, they keep sending me different ticket numbers, I text them on WhatsApp then they say they are helpless and I call them on customer care number TV they keep giving me 1000s of lie which is always different. Being a reputed company, Titan should take care of their customers, very frustrated and disappointed with Titan. I am not going to buy anything else from the so called brand Titan and I will also create awareness about this to make sure that no other common people will lose their hard earned money by purchasing online

I had purchased Titan watch in March 2022 in watch Leather separate and after that I change belt in Titan show room, morbi and 2 nd time same problem arises . I can’t expect this type of problem in premium watches please solve my problem.
