I have ordered a Titan watch from the titan online website. When I open the watch I found that the strap of the watch is totally different in color than what was shown on the website, so as per titan norms I raised the return request through the customer care number and also through email on the 7th of August 2022. I got a confirmation email but the delivery did not happen, I again email them for a return request and for a refund on 9th August 2022, and a new ticket was generated and I was told your product will be picked up. yet it does not happen. I have made multiple phone calls and email trails but till date i.e. 26th August 2022, my complaint is not resolved, the entire process is mentally touching and time-consuming. No one is ready to take accountability for such a torturous act. It's been 20 days now I am being chasing Titan for resolving my issue

    Dear Team,

    Me and my Fiance walkin and placed an order for wedding rings in Tanishq karama centre branch, Dubai, UAE on 17th July 2022 and as per the discussion with the salesman Mr. Mayank, he has committed and confirmed to give the delivery within 30 - 35 days of the order. Once we are making the order we have informed Mr. Mayank that we are flying on 31st August to INDIA for our special occasion and the order should be delivered within 30 - 35 days as committed. The bill was made under my Fiance name (Reeba Cherian) because I was staying in a different emirate.

    Today is 25th August 2022 and we don't have any confirmation. From 15th of August my fiance started communicating with the sales staff Ms. Komal about the status of our order and she couldn't give any update. Because of this I personally started calling the branch and texted in the available whatsapp for the tanishq karama centre branch. After that I came in contact with Mr. Ashish.

    Ashish took 3 days to give me an update on the status. The status was that it is not yet delivered and he cannot give any commitment on the delivery in this week but he can only try for 31st August which is the same day we are flying to INDIA. And Mr. Ashish informed me that Mr. Mayankh updated him that he didn't give us any commitment or confirmation and he told us it is 40 - 45 days that too he will try.

    I have asked Mr. Ashish to take Mr. Mayankh to a conference call because I wanted to hear this from him. Because I am very sure about the commitment your staff have given to me. On the call your staff was refusing all the commitment he has given to me. I have trusted your company and your staff and it's only a few days for me to leave for this occasion. If this person told me 40 - 45 days I would not have made this order because no one will take a chance.

    Now who is responsible for this problem I am facing and what is the solution for this?

    None of the customers should face this kind of issue.

    Did you get any solution? TATA is defaming its brand and loosing shine with this Tanishq thing, no more ethics are involved now.

      Company people picked up my watch for repair as per their mail and it's one month NOBODY has any answer regarding this status and delivery details despite hundreds of follow up..

          Pine Labs has the worst customer service ever. On the 1st of August 2022 I generated my Pine Perks rewards into a Tanishq voucher and the showroom told me that they were not authorized to use the voucher and I had to pay them in cash. On calling Pine Perks customer care I was informed that the voucher would only work in Titan showroom. The voucher had close to Rs 10k.
          When I tried to use the said voucher at the Titan showroom, I was informed that the voucher has no balance which was not informed to me by Pine Perks. Now, the customer care is arguing that the voucher has been used.
          I have been continuously emailing them and calling them from 1st august. Only to hear from them that the voucher has been used, which has never been used. They are not ready to provide any solution. They have taken away my money and are harassing me uselessly. I have all the transaction details supporting my claims. I have made cash payment in Tanishq and not purchased anything from titan then how can they say that the voucher has been used?
          After multiple calls and complaints they have only sent me the redeemer details and are not willing to take any further action against the redeemer

            I had taken Titan wrist watch of a₹ 10000/-worth for addition ofmetal wrist bands on 21st Aug. 2022.. While doing it it was damaged by the non regular mechanic.
            I should be given new wrist band and also why non regular mechanic is doing repair services when he does not know the work

              I had transfer Rs 8000/- for deposit scheme on 12.08.2022, to tanishq by link given by attendant and money transferred successfully but they (staff ) said that amount is not showing in software (whatever). Then I paid Rs 8000/- cash to complete the process again . Attendant told that my money will be automatically returned within 24 hours .But still i did not received the same.

                I have purchased a drop earring on date[protected]. After purchasing that product once I returned back to home and used to wear it then that product get damaged. On the very next day I went to the outlet and discussed about that then the retail manager is immediately denied to get that product back or to get this product repair.They conveyed that we can only change if you will pay the making charge with including the GST charged over it, which amount around 4500.This product cost about Rs.20682 and they're telling to refund or repurchase of any product of 16500. So i have a huge loss of 4500 within 2-3days. Kindly look into this because I never expected this from Tata as a brand.

                    I invested in golden harvest scheme, they then said that 7.5% interest will be given but now they're denying and no interest has been given till date... now they're just giving excuses and their behaviour is too baad... even in the principal amount they were denying to give that money and forced us to purchase some jwellery... I also invested in one another golden harvest which i no longer willing to continue and when i asked them to give my amount back they're just giving excuses and their behaviour is extremely unacceptable...

                      This is my order I'd. I order it on 13/07/2022. But till now I didn't recieved it. If I'm keep on asking customer care and email also not even a single response about where's the product. Lost the patience of waiting. I never expect this from titan. I want to cancel the order and refund the money also my encircle points.
                      Are you guys playing or what. I'm keep on asking you guys always saying wait. wait till how many days till year end it seems like that only. It was brought for gift but the day itself got over. Till doesn't delivered yet. Atleast return back the money. That's also you guys didn't doing. For one product to take this much time to deliver. I really never expect this from titan.
                      I need proper response actually where the product right what's the issue in that.
                      Only they are saying we will reach you as soon as possible. But I don't know when. No proper update for customer.

                        I have purchased your defective wrist watch model no NP95141WM01 on 28.07.2022
                        after use of two day its glass was fallen somewhere and my wife did note aware about this

                        Today at 01.08.2022 I visited your showroom from where I have purchased your defective product for replacement, your showroom staff without proper checking & listening to me behaved rudely and denied to taken back and blamed that it was damaged by my side

                        they also told me to glass not available and replacement cost will be Rs 300, and 15 days time will be taka to repair.
                        as a three days of product purchase I do not want your defective product and want my refund back as it cost is almost 5355.00 INR

                        pls note I have left the product at your showroom and told them that I do not want your defective product
                        your store manager was also not available at both the time (today and the day of purchase)

                        as a genuine customer of titan since many years kindly look into the matter and initiate the refund of the product.
                        also note that the service from your staff was not accepted at any cost and I will never ever step into your showroom for any new purchase in future.

                          I had visited the Kanchrapara outlet in WestBengal on 22nd and 23rd July22
                          The staff here was less skilled and had made to wait for more than an hour for billing as they lacked clarity and knowledge and created multiple confusions leading to to and fro.Further they and cashier had not exchanged information and idea and on last moment again had to request for splitting the old golds and send it again for melting.staff involved Arpita Paul, Soumik Rakshit, Somnath Mallick.I bought gold and diamonds that day and will never visit Tanishq outlet in future.You better train your people.I had similar exp once even in Gurgaon.

                            I have purchased an automatic watch from titan, I used very less number of times, unfortunately the watch glass was broken and I submitted it to the Titan service center for glass replacement, after 20 days they call me and told like the glass is not available and company also not providing spare parts and they offered 20% of my watch price if I give it to them, but the watch is still available in all Titan stores and Online as well . Regarding this issue I have raised a complaint to customer care and requested for the spare part, It's been almost 2 months and I didnt get any reply from them also whenever I reach to customer care they are telling the same story that I will get updates within 24-48hrs, I didnt get any updates and resolution yet. Please do needful.

                              I have ordered watch online from titan on 4th July 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered before 7th July 2022. The worst part is titan customer care didn't notify on delay and even online no update.

                              When I tried reaching customer care they told they are checking and got the only reply sorry for the delay and will tell the shipping team to contact you but they did not contacted me so far i only called them till date, as of now(12/7/22) delivery is already delayed by 5 days and they still say it will be shipped by 15th July 2022 that is 3 days after from today and 8 days late from the delivery date(they will ship on 15th not deliver, god knows when it will be delivered).

                              Totally its a worst experience with ordering watches online with titan.

                              I'm looking for a fast delivery as it was meant to be gift for someone whose birthday was on 8th July 2022.

                                My mother bought a mangalsutra from tanishq Trichy store on april30, 2022.The stones from that jewellery fell one by one after 10 days of purchase.The chain got cut off after 45 days of purchase.I don't know how a chain can get cut off within a short span of time.I demand an explanation and a compensation.If I don't get a valid reply I may be forced to go to consumer court to get my work done.

                                  I had marked this a gift when purchasing it. I even had a gift message on it to which I do not know what happened. I did not see it anywhere when the gift was received.
                                  The main thing: Why on Earth do you guys have to print the price and everything everywhere on the box . You also put a receipt inside the box as well. When order is placed you send us a message that 'order of this such n such amount has been placed' Why???? Thank god you did not print the price on the pendant itself.
                                  A gift should not have all this, please! I know a receipt is important but please figure out a way to may email it to the person ordering the gift rather putting it inside the gift box. A gift should not have the price of it anywhere near it.
