I online purchase a Micromax HD A116 White mobile phone from Togofogo.com but Togofogo.com company deliver to me a old & damaged mobile phone with a local charger & old battery. Phone not work properly & charger not charge battery & battery discharge. I call customer care but no response me. Costumer care person tell me the company change or replace the battery but no new battery receive me till date. I want company replace or change my phone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
