Tolexo — Product not received/ Payment done

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have received a whattsapp message on "2 May 2021" from "[protected]"from Tolexo, I have ordered a safety shoes, on 3 May in the morning at 8.28 AM I have done payment on 3 May 2021 through Paytm (Reference No:[protected] I have got message from same number that the product/ Material is dispatched. Through whattapp message I was told to make payment through to GPay: [protected]
Many times I have sent reminders through whattsapp that I have not received material Till date (29 Aug 2021) I have not received any material, I am not rich though I am working as in Small Pvt company in Pune, This payment is very nominal for you, I dont like to use bad words really its cheating, many times i have got false commitment that the product is on the way but ...
