Toothsi — False result provided by toothsi team

While taking the service team mentioned that the lower teeth will get in straight line. The before and after result file shared by toothsi also showed the false result . As no where in the file they mentioned that the teeth will be straight but there will be gaps created in the lower teeth.

Now after the treatment, I could see the teeth are not completely straight and there is alot of gaps created. I am asking them to fix it wherein they are giving me few more aligner set and they are sending me email saying that gaps wont get completely filled because of the gum structure and they wont refund as well.

If this was the case then why didnt there doctor mentioned this at the start of the treatment. I would have preferred not to take there service.

The team never ever take any followups, I have to always call the customer service wait for the call to get connected. There doctors only call when I have raised ticket.

For my upper teeth also they gave me aligners which created gaps but I stopped using those and because of which my upper teeth structure is not spoil.

From the start till now, its me who is always chasing for there feedback. Hence I want a complete refund irrespective of the policy rules as its just not applicable wherein the company has given false service.

I want struct action to be taken on toothsi as they are playing with peoples money and smile.
