This is bharathi here, I have cancelled the plan and it’s been a month still now I didn’t receive my refund money I called to customer care more than 30times, every time they say the smile buddy will contact me but that guy Ramachandran he is so careless, it’s very terrifying and I’m frustrated too much because of you people, Vignesh Pandey is person who made me took this plan, on the same day it self i conformed with him, that if I’m not able to claim the money from my company then I’ll cancel the plan.he was very sure that he is going to refund me the whole money of 11000 which I paid, I want to know when I’m going to get my money back …

My sister's treatment is delayed by 2.5+ months & There is no follow-up/proper resolution by toothsi.

I was made assured that my sister's treatment will be closely followed up & Doctors will keep constant track of the treatment & even after that if I am not satisfied - I will get the whole amount back that I have paid for the treatment.
They made me pay 45999/-INR in advance to start the treatment on Nov 28 2022 by Mr. Rohit Pagare . He introduced himself as a senior executive calling Toothsi office Mumbai Maharashtra.
He also promised me that he will look into the treatment progress as and how it goes on & start & personally make sure that the treatment starts as soon as possible, I have not heard from him since the day of payment .

Mr. Rohit Pagare assured me that treatment will be started within 4-5 days ( the initial scan ) . I did not get any call back until 1 week after that .
The scan was scheduled twice & it took 2 weeks to get the scan done . post that Someone called from Toothsi & advised me to get the cleanup(filing) & greening ( making space between the teeth) done from the Dr whose clinic is ~30km away from my residence.
It took another three weeks to deliver the dental kit to my home .
we took the aligners kit to The same Dr again where she informed us that it was faulty & ill-fitting. She raised concerns with the team .
They again took another scan(3rd time from the starting of the treatment) over next 10-15 days & post that they delivered the next kit which was a corrected kit as per their updates .
We again took that kit to the Doctor (~30 km travel from Lohegaon to Baner ) The 2nd kit was also ill-fitting. On top of that they charged me 800 INR for a new kit .
The Dr confirmed upon asking that the kit was wrongly delivered & it doesn't belong to my sister in fact it belongs to somebody else & hence its not fitting correctly.
The Dr asked us to call toothsi & raise a complaint regarding the same.
Since that day I have been calling Toothsi Customer care almost every 2-3 days gap & raising complaints about the same issue .
It has been 1+month, whenever I call toothsi Customer care - I have to recite my issue again & again to different agents/ If I request them to connect me to the same agent that I spoke to last time they dont do that. I have spoken to Uday, Bhagyashree, Aniket and many others till now. I have to tell my issue in detail to a new agent every time, All he/she keeps saying is sorry for the inconvenience & let me arrange a call back !!! The call back from the Dental team Dr Dhwani Parkh's from Dr Priyanka'sTeam is never happening.

1) If I ask them to help me escalate & process cancellation - they say they dont have authority to do so .
2) If I request you to connect me to someone from authority - They dont do that .

On Feb 22 2023, I called team toothsi again in the morning & raised the same issue I even forced insisted out of irritation to talk to any senior personal & then I was connected to Mr. Aniket ( supervisor from customer care support ) When I told him the same issue that for last 1 month I waiting for dental team to contact me He again repeated the same thing that he will arrange the call back within next 2 hours . I waited & waited till 7pm, There was no call back So I called toothsi support again & requested to connect me to Aniket. Agent put me on a long hold & then said he can't connect me to Aniket or any superior; they dont have any right to do so.
When I asked why that was so & kept pushing again & again to connect to someone from authority he said he will connect me to Aniket & disconnected the call.
I again called back & this time Bhagyashree another agent picked the call. I requested her to connect me to either Aniket or the same agent I spoke to earlier. She didn't do that . & kept asking me what the concern is . I again hopelessly repeated the entire story & she responded with the same robotic recorded statement that she will raise the complaint & arrange a call back by 10pm . I did not get the call back this time either .

1) Not even a single authority to talk to to get 1 time resolution
2) They dont follow up even senior executives if the reported issue is resolved for real - it's only attending calls & raising queries.
3)Calls are disconnected in middle of the conversations
4)They dont connect to requested agents even after asking with names

I have called multiple times / I have tried to connect to Rohit Pagare ( NO response) I have sent mails & I have requested for some senior authority to talk to for cancelling the treatment .

I checked the doctor's profile (Dr Dhwani Parikh ) who is supposed to handle my sister's case . She is a 2021 pass out dentist not even having her PG degree & very in-experinced Doctor . I am charged 45999 INR to get My sister treated with such crappy service by an in-experienced Doctor + 3 months delay +Ignorance + Malpracticing + Cheating + low quality customer service .

I am cheated & tremendously unhappy with the service & I would like to go with cancellation of this whole stuff & want the full refund over 3 months of harassment. I have lost the trust & assurance that My sisters treatment is in safe hands. toothsi is working with low quality staff with an unprofessionals, in-experienced team of technicians. It's going to be messy & low quality service as it has been all this time.

I hope my concerns are clear: team toothsi takes necessary actions by escalating this to the right authority.

I Purchased toothsi aligners plan for rs. 30000 by EMI by liquiloans comoany but toothsi is not sending my aligners. And my EMI has started with panelty they are not attendingmy calls. Not responding me.Liquiloan torcher me to pay EMI with panelty but if I didn't get my aligners why will I pay. Please take action on toothsi and tell them to refund me or send my aligners as soon as possible.

I'm getting call from toothsi regularly, i just enquired once and now they are bombarding with calls, their prices are also too extreme, where i can afford metal braces for comparitive less price

I'm getting too much calls from toothsi company, the agents call me everyday and disturbe me when I'm busy, i even sent them email to stop contacting me, but then to they are calling me and disturbing you can please someone please stop it

The company sold the package o[censored]nlimited session for skin hair reduction. After that they do not send therapists for the treatment. Even suddenly my area has become unserviceable.
absolutely fraud company and fraud practices

Toothsi is a fraud as they will trap you by giving all the false hopes and will get your payment done on the spot offering you useless discounts..which they have been providing to all there customers anyways. And once you ask for refund or cancellation for the further treatment they will completely ignore all your calls, texts and will give no response. Yeah you are able to call the customer care services which is of no use as they will constantly say the same lines as many times you call. " I have highlighted your issue and soon you will be receiving call from our smile buddy team" Sonali Karande is their smile buddy and their is a so called dentist named Snehashree Pawar and none of them is responding!

Getting disturbed by continuous calls when said many times that not interested in buying the product

On November 17th a person came to my house and did all the necessary things. I tried avoiding him and to make him get out i accepted the policy, they have 2 packages but that guy told me to get 75000 package and i told him not to proceed, he refused to do it. He said he will give some discount and it came upto 54999.
From November 17th night till today at February 8, i have been calling them numerous times and they have not initiated the amount to the third party.
My 14400 rs is with the third party company and they have not freezed the EMI payment as well.

Toothsi agents are not giving any update as well as the agents are not professional

Once you get registered, agents keep calling from morning to evening, doesnot if you block any number, they will call from another number and start iritating again and again for their services.

I tried to check the website with my creds just to see if i might something interesting about teeth aligners, but once i didnt find something to invest, from very next day i started getting calls morning to evening, even blocking so many numbers still another number keeps calling.
Please make it stop.

I have tried my level best to tell them i m waiting for my pickup so that i can travel, they don’t even take interest as they got money.

I have already told them that I am not interested still they are spamming with 20 calls a day.

I have applied for EMI i want to cancel it but the response is not properly provided

I have got so many calls from toothsi and it needs to stop i have told them that i don't require their services a hundred of times still they call me 20 times each day

While taking the service team mentioned that the lower teeth will get in straight line. The before and after result file shared by toothsi also showed the false result . As no where in the file they mentioned that the teeth will be straight but there will be gaps created in the lower teeth.

Now after the treatment, I could see the teeth are not completely straight and there is alot of gaps created. I am asking them to fix it...

Toothsi is third class company
They don't have sense how they can talk to customer

Don't even try to register your mobile number in tootsie aligners they will keep calling you until u die i don't even need them I one needed them but I was not the required age but these guys will still call you I ones picked up the call and said I don't need them but they will still call you I don't know why

I have paid 41000 for my treatment. treatment was only for crossteeth problem. I have wasted my money as well as 1year time however there is no result of improvement. Request everyone to stay away from Toothsi and get the treatment from local dentists.

Toothsi is calling me continuously from last 10-12 days and now it's very irritating . please stop them

I was took service from Toothsi.During video call with their dentist I was done payment throught Bajaj later gone through reviews about toothsi I was requested them to cancel the order in the initial process before simulation video and return back money to Bajaj Finserv.But they are not at all responding my mails, messages and calls.Kindly help me to get refund.

I have paid them 11k for my treatment thereafter which my treatment was going to start but now they are demanding forbmore 33 k. I have told them that i dont want to have the treatment but they are refusing to give my refund

They are calling repeatedly and irritating us and so much of disturbance happening and so i have refusing there call but the are using serveral no to call in a day
