I got my toothsi scan done on 30th June, the concerned person asked me to choose the EMI option and convert 11k as I was eligible for the same. However, I was told that the Emi will start only if I CONFIRM the smile makeover plan.
After the scan, they scheduled the reverse up which didn't happen for a long time mean while I connected with the local dentist and decided to continue my treatment because I felt it is very cheaper than the actual price that Thoosi was offering.
So I decided to cancel my toothsi emi option and raised an issue about the same on 9th July 2022, ever since then they keep telling the concerned person will contact and I haven't received any information yet.
Kindly take action against the same as they are deceiving the customers and not refunding the downpayment of 11k. Was this information helpful? |
