After several follow up with Dr.Snehal, Dr.Sweta and Mr.Suraj I got only some amount refund.

They have deducted around 7000/-without any reason, while asking they were refused to give declaration.
I have contacted their their loan partner Shopsy too, they send me mail mentioning that they didnot deduct any amount from my money, but toothsi denied that. As per refund policy toothsi is liable to deduct 5000/ (but where as i have not taken their service) they should only deduct 2500/- as scanning cost.

I downloaded their application and signed up with my number. I uninstalled it the same day, and now all they do is spam call me daily. Like for god sake please stop calling me again and again.

I did 3 D scan at home, even though I paid Rs. 625 for the Grin device and opted EMI loan of Rs. 11, 000 through ICICI cardless EMI. Unfortunately, I would have changed my mind. I don't want to continue further process due to some personal reasons. So, I dropped a mail on 25th July to cancel my booking. After taking so much follow-up with you finally I got to know that my refund process is in the final stage. I am requesting you process my refund before deducting 3rd EMI. Why should I pay you if I already raised a cancellation request?

I paid total of Rs. 625 + Rs.5499 [ 3 EMI deducted from my account ] = Total Rs. 6124/- [ Refund amount ]

It’s been 3 months and I am receiving continuous calls from toothsi and it’s very disappointing. I have blocked multiple numbers but still they manage to call from different numbers. This is a harassment for consumers and I request to please stop this behaviour.

This is my 1st and last experience with toothsi. All went well till paid for impression kit. Then same day doctor consultation was aligned and after doctor consultation a person came and demanded instant down payment which is not the process. 1st they will send impression kit and after receiving it back they will be arranging doct. Consultation but in my case everything happened same day. And the person said either pay the down payment or disconnect the call we don’t want such customers who can’t pay and want time to think. It was seriously humiliating and insulting.

I booked appointment.
The came and checked but laptop his laptop is not working so i cancelled the apartment.
From that date to today i received 10 calls per day.
And always i am repetitive saying please close my case and don't call me again.
But they are still call you from different different number.

I am getting constant calls from toothsi.I dont want their product.They are disturbing me too much.

Even after blocking 20 different numbers
They call everyday atelast from 4 different numbers
Even after rejecting their services and made it clear that I don't need their services
They call again and again

So I recently was looking for my braces and I came across the company called 'toothsi'.
It showed me a free test option and well I took it, for which I had to login with my phone number..I did it and well had to cancel the free test...Since that day those guys have been calling me everyday! Like a billion times, messaging me on WhatsApp, my email address, and via text too! Like wtf, even if I block the number these mfs just call me from a new number

Please ask them to stop calling me. It's constantly ringing and unnecessary interruption and violation of my privacy. I have asked for enquiry and then closed it as price was too much for me. But from 3 months I'm getting daily minimum 6 calls from different numbers. I don't know how my number is getting circulated to so many members and even after blocking half the numbers they still manage to call the very next moment. Please take serious action against this company. They have to respect the privacy of information shared and not exploit it for any reason. This is not publicity it is exploitation of any human rights.

This complaint is regarding Toothsi aligner product. They provided a free scan and then asked me to verify the card and forcibly created a mandate before any plan was rolled out. On reading reviews and also due to my medical condition, I have requested them for cancellation of order from the same day I have taken the 3D scan that too before the plan was rolled out! The customer support team is now deliberately not picking up calls and wants to delay the process so that they can trick into providing partial refund. I had scheduled a free scanned with toothsi out of curiosity for my teeth.
After the scan I told the person I don't want to do the treatment.
After that day onwards I started receiving calls from toothsi saying that you had a scan when are you planning to do the treatment. Even after saying no they call me again. I told them everytime to remove my contact from their list. Even after blocking Evey number, they call me again and again from different numbers. Please help me

Toothsi is a fraud company. At first scan they visited my home for scan and made me pay full amount saying i will be eligible for basic plan which is 45000. Now after 2 weeks when I asked for status they said scan is not completed and wanted another scan. After another scan they are saying i need an upgrade and wanted to pay another 25 k. They said initially that i have to pay full amount or emi but no advance or something. And i blindly paid the amount. They didn't say anything about refund policy or full amount. They said i don't require an upgrade initially. They should first tell the plan and say the final amount. But they giving false information and making us pay the amount now saying need upgrade with 70k as amount

Irrespective of not subscribing or enquiring about them, toothsi call comes everyday. Even after asking them to stop calling me and unsubscribe me, they won't stop. They will call from different number everytime and will keep calling until we pick up the call. They will neither stop calling nor allow us to connect to their manager for official complaint. Worst behavior is spam call.

3 months ago i had inuired abouth tooth aligners since i saw some ads by the company, i didn't know it will be so irritating they call everyday non stop. depite telling their executives that i'm not t=interested now they call again, everyday a new number a new person

I paid 5K as down payment on 2nd sept 2022 6K is pending but i don't want to pay this, cause toothsi told me my entire treatment cost is 45K but now it becomes 59K... I am demanding my money back, i don't want to get any service from toothsi, my plan is not started yet and I don't want it to start...
But they forcing me to pay remaining 6k for initiate toothsi plan, when i decided I will not proceed, how do they force me ..

At the time of paying the amount I asked their executive whether I will get my money back or not, if in case I decide to cancel toothsi plan... he told me that I will get full refund, he never told me about the deduction also... Many things are hidden from me..
Everytime when I got a call from toothsi, definitely it will be a new person to me .. till now i spoke with more than 12 people... I am also fed up with this calls ...

Now I am getting messages to upload documents to initiate loan process..
I think I have right to decide whether to proceed or not after toothsi paln, so they can't force me to upload documents...

I feel they just trapping the people, they're not going to give us refund, we don't have to right the cancel their so called toothsi plan??

Recently i have registered my number in tootsi for tooth aligners, but unfortunately i have taken the treatment in other dental clinic so i have not visited the tootsi. Tootsi department people are continuiously creating nuisance by doing calls regularly .

I made a payment for the easy plan but I had to cancel it on the same day due to financial issues. After 2 weeks I called them for refund. They told me that it is in last stage and it will be completed in 30 days. It's been 40 days now but they are still saying that it is in the last stage.

It's Been 2-3 Months, I Registered For Tootshi, Since Then They Called Me 80 Times & I Honestly Blocked Them & Then one day I picked up, we agreed for the appointment (check-up) but I cancelled it because of some personal issues & again they started calling me & it's irrtating. I got my toothsi scan done on 30th June, the concerned person asked me to choose the EMI option and convert 11k as I was eligible for the same. However, I was told that the Emi will start only if I CONFIRM the smile makeover plan.

After the scan, they scheduled the reverse up which didn't happen for a long time mean while I connected with the local dentist and decided to continue my treatment because I felt it is very cheaper...

I am getting exhausted by getting numerous calls from Toothsi

I have done my scan and they kept following up with me, I was out of Country for some days and once I'm back, I have been receiving calls to proceed with my treatment . I got a Call from Mr Nikhil Pardeshi who is a sales executive from Toothsi. He explained to me that some offer was going on and sent me a link to make a payment of 916 to block this offer. Later on he asked for an OTP which I was reluctant to give but he was assuring it's just to block the offer. After two weeks, I receive a call from Capital Float Company who stated there is a loan taken by Toothsi in my name for the sum of INR 11, 000 and very shocking, I explained to them this was never taken by me and neither authorised or consented by me. Nikhil Pardeshi of Toothsi has made a fraud transaction using my documents and taken in my name. I have been calling everyday to get this treatment cancelled as they have taken it without my consent and my authorisation. They are taking lots of time to cancel the same and now when we are trying to contact them, they are not responding. I have written several mails as well but no response. Such a fraud company it turned out. Now when you try to contact Nikhil, he is responding very rudely and with an attitude with no proper response. Eveeryday I'm getting continuous calls from Capital Float Company to pay the EMIs for a loan which I'm not even aware nor taken. Very pathetic situation I'm going through due to this Toothsi company.

They came to scan in March last week. Taken Rs.40k money in advance by saying it will take minimum 6 months only.After that, they sent me some other plan which was different from what we spoke. I denied to approve it. Then they called and said to schedule meeting with some orthodontist which never ever happened. I tried calling and explained what was finalized and why this confusion then no response after that. Then finally, I decided to cancel and get refund. I spoke first then I emailed them, all the time auto reply emails and notifications.Till today, I emailed them and finally filed complaint on LegalIndia.Very unprofessional, no clue of what they are talking whom. Uneducated and pathetic.

My girlfriend applied for an appointment 2 months ago. They called her for appointment now, I mean after 2 months. But she already changed her city.
Still a guy from toothsi started harresing her to meet her, to visit her office and go out for a date.

When I called that guy and asked her not to be so unprofessional. He started abusing that who am I to tell him. Etc etc. And abused. This is the uneducated staffs which...

I had contacted toothsi in the first week of March...they took a week to respond...then i received the impression kit it another 2 weeks and doc appointment was setup..the doc mentioned that if i need aligners then i have to book it then and there by paying 11k to avail the discount..did not eve give me time to give a second thought..i booked the aligners by paying 11k...since then it is 2 months there is no response..i keep calling their...

Free scan is a Scam!

I got my toothsi free scan done on 18th April, the concerned person asked me to choose the EMI option and convert 11k as I was eligible for the same. However, I was told that the Emi will start only if I CONFIRM the smile makeover plan.

After 2 days they told me that the scan wasn't done properly hence need to schedule a rescan, but as informed by my dentist I am facing gums issues and should not opt for aligners /braces for a while.

So I decided to cancel my toothsi emi option and raised an issue about the same on 22nd April 2022, ever since then they keep telling the concerned person will contact and I haven't received any information yet.

Kindly take action against the same as they are deceiving the customers and not refunding the downpayment of 11k.

Toothsi company were saying me to pay 60k at first but then they said pay 11k today(that was on 13th March) and in 5 days we will send you a sample for approval, ever since then I’m calling them for a update and there was nothing and when I ask for refund all they say is concerned a person will call you back. When they never did and nor are they paying it back!!
