Toothsi — Misleading promises by toothsi agent and bad service

I look toothsi aligners and they promised I will get a clear smile and the person visited for initial scan named sankalp claimed himself as a doctor and told I will get perfect smile and asked me to pay immediately after payment and treatment started no doctor contacted me and even if I raise concerns RM Pooja calls aggressively tells don't raise any concerns till completion of treatment. After treatment when I said not satisfied and after follow upmuktiple times they asked me to come to hospital Dr tejaswini didn't hear my concern and said we can't do anything I will close my case and said Check with the guy to whom u paid. They are very rude and not responding even after my further concerns. Please do check authenticity of their degrees and need complete investigation on my case and refund my money
