Toothsi aligner make spam calls everyday from different numbers. Initially i responded that i don't want your product then also they make spam calls everyday. I blocked 100 of number but each call comes from different numbers some of them are also not official numbers.

Unsatisfactory Treatment. Smile Buddy and RM assigned at the initial point no longer reachable or track the prpgress. Have been requesting for a virtual consultation with dentist that too was not provided and they keep transfering calls from one department to another.
Aligners break within 6-7 days and they make you purchase new ones.
Highly disappointed, wish to discontinue and request refund for the set lf aligners not dispatched....

I pre-booked my treatment and paid 11000 rupees. They told me if you are not okay with the given plan, I could cancel and not process it in the future. I also want to cancel my plan They told if I cancel they will deduct 5000 without reason Please help, me

Called every few hours harrassed by this and disturbed very bad disturbing behaviour

I don't want any service from this pathetic company, they are calling and harassing me. I just want this ### to stop.

Over a month ago, I initiated a refund request after paying Rs. 11000 for a plan that I subsequently canceled. The plan wasn't suitable for me, and even the orthodontist advised against it. Despite this, I have yet to receive any response or notification regarding the refund status from their side. It has now been more than two years since I made the initial request.

They calls me everyday for information, I yell at them to not to call me again and again but they never seem to stop
In coming future I might opt for firing a FIR against toothsi

Though I have not shared any interest in their service, I am receiving multiple calls daily, from different numbers, asking for the same....

They are calling 10 times in a day everytime from a different number.

I have just enquired about toothsi for what all the procedures will be and what will be the outcomes and all general enquiry. but apart from this they started to call me every now and then as if i have something with me of them and did not stop it untill they have made me pay the payment of their desired treatment. After all these i asked him (represtative) where is the receipt then he took few minutes and mail came in whooping INR of 60960.
Without any clear explanation without any consent would the consumer needs it or not they don't think of these, for few days i felt my self a victim from jamtara scam, how they used to mob people the same way they did it.

I request for dental service wherein they enrolled me for loan without letting us know that it's a loan with bank. I was in dilemma that toothsi is providing EMI option. Now EMI is getting deducted from my account. I don't want to take service and I raised several complaints over the calls but Noone is there to answer. These people promised me to provide service and taken the downpayment but did ghost me for a month and after raising multiple time to their customers care also did not help. Then when i asked for refund they did show me a policy that was never signed or shown to me!

Toothsi doctors Dr Sharvari Gavali - +[protected] can for a home visit and showed us the treatment plans and insisted on the spot payment for treatment. Instalment payments against debit card were scheduled even though we insisted do it against credit card. But to avoid midway stoppage of payment, she purposely linked to debit card so that toothsi gets full payment even after no service is given. I have reached end of my lower aligner...

Tried calling customer support, but their continuous response is saying your smile buddy will contact you in 24 to 48, which they don't.
And that smile buddy named Pradeep mudaliar has never contacted me after i said I want refund as i m not satisfied with the plans they have given.
A very very bad experience with toothsi i got.
When the person swipes our account before even giving us the plan but when we reject the plan that doesn't suit us, there is no response from them if we ask for refund.
This is a very bad experience I have got with toothsi ...bad responses and the smile buddy blocked me for asking about refund status.

I have mailed the team for the cancellation of my service. The smile expert and sale representative have started ghosting me. The X-ray was taken but it has been a month and no update is given I get a call that I have to submit...

I was interested in toothsi and registered. Got a call, scheduled a appointment by paying 999. I was unhappy with the price and informed that It is not affordable for me.
I got couple if calls next 2 days and I explained them the same. But after that calls did not stop. It was continuous, irritating till now it's been more than 4 months. This is rediculos. I told them that I am gonna complaint and they seems to be not bothered at all. Kindly do the needful here.

Getting 3-4 calls each day for the past 1month even on weekend. Even after saying that I am not interested on the service.

I placed an order yesterday. Now after going through these much negative reviews I am seriously not willing to take it further.
From today's morning I have been calling them to cancle the emi plan made through bajaj credit card. Total amount is of rs 55000. Initially they were all super responsive. I paid 52000 for my plan and had to submit my X-rays and other documents. When I did, the orthodontist said the alignment of the underbite isn’t possible with aligners. So they said we’ll upgrade you to prime plan free of cost. I was asked to send another gum assessment document, after which they stopped responding to my calls. I tried reaching out 7/8 times via chat and 3/4 times via call. Every single time they said they’d contact my person of contact to call me back and I didn’t receive the call from her till now. I wanted to seek refund and cancel the plan but they’ve stopped responding.

They fooled me by asking my Bajaj finance details so as to help me in EMI per month. But now i have a loan of 50000 rupees on my name from Bajaj. I never ordered from them i was just inquiring them. They are frauds .
Now they are not picking calls nor answering messages. And i got a message that you have a loan of 50000 rupees on your Bajaj finance app.
Please help me.

Even after telling them 10 times in the past month they dont remove me from their calling list. I have blocked at least 30 of their numbers but they keep using different numbers to harass.

I paid Rs 43, 000 on 8 Jan 2023, due to their fault i had cancelled the order. As they have assured that the money will be refunded within 20 to 30 days its almost five months now, even after continuous reminder they failed to refund....

I decided to purchase aligners and they were very supportive for a while. I was supposed to submit a few scans and I contacted them after i got them done, but no response from my person of contact. I tried to contact multiple times for a callback and they said they’ll contact me in 24 hours. I didn’t get any calls and I complained again. This happened 5/6 times and I’m sick of following up with this. It’s been 2 months and no progress I’d like a full refund and I’d rather go to an orthodontist instead.

This organization has crossed every limit of harassing the customers by calling them 3-4 times a day. If you every open toothsi app and didn't buy any product, their sales team will leave no stone unturned in making your life hell by calling you unnecessarily everyday 3 to 4 times. This is really exhausting and irritating....
