Hello Sir/Madam,
On Dec 25th 2023, team took scan and I have opted toothsi product through EMI option which will be starting from Feb 2024. Since I'm not satisfied with the plan I raised the concern and I have cancelled the plan in 3-4 days after the payment. It's been more than 15days still I didn't get the refund amount. since the amount is not refunded in bank, and I have also not used the service yet, still the bank is taking charges. I have been calling the customer support for a long time. But still the refund process is not completed yet. Kindly take immediate action as soon as possible and provide the refund amount and do the needful as earliest.

Hello sir, around 1 year back i talked to for the treatment from toothsi. After getting scan done and talked about the down payment EMIs after that I LOST my JOB so i decided to cancel services. Bcoz I don’t have indea that when we I will be getting job. Then talked to the senior of toothsi that please cancel this services by telling my major reason behind it, but they told me there is no such policy to cancel the service. And every 2-3 days I’m getting calls from savin from there finance department to repay the loan amount. I don’t know why should I pay the loan amount, when I don’t taken any services from them. Now I’m asking them to please write an application that there is no such loan amount on me that i have not taken. Please 🙏🏻🙏🏻 it’s a request from you that resolve this issue. It’s been headache for me everyday.

I have paid Tootsi 75000 on October 30th 2023 . They have scammed me with the wrong details . When they released the actual treatment details I have denied the plan and wanted the refund .

I did not take any service from them nor got any kind o[censored]npaid service from them . They are not answering my call and they are no refunding . I walked into their and requested the refund, they said they will raise the request but nothing .. They are not refunding my money nor answering my calls

I'm totally fed-up with toothsi marketing calls, now they started calling everyday from various numbers, it is like mental harassment now.

They are not providing treatment and refund also. They looted 11000rs. Now I am asking refund they are not responding for my question.

I have paid 11, 000/- as a token amount for my tooth aligners plan, which I was told is fully refundable after cancellation, but I have cancelled the plan in 3-4 days after the payment and since 7 months there is no refund being processed by the Company, After repeatedly calling the customer support team they just ignore/delay my calls, and convince me to go ahed with my tooth aligners procedures and offer me with discounts, but I just didn't wanted to continue any further with their plan, and not its been 7 months and still they haven't processed my refund yet.

Just logged in and enquired about a toothsi product and from the last 6 months i am continuously receiving calls from unknown numbers about the same product at odd hours too.Really disappointing and harrasing, will never buy any product from this company

I have just take their services I have done every procedure but allingner are not fit for me as per their doctors said, my EMI is deducted every month I called them for the refund i mail them but their is no response from their side.

I asked them humbly many times that don't call me.. remove my number from the enquiry list... Still they just call call call !!!
This Toothsi has crossed all limits of harassing the us by calling 4-5 times a day. If you every open toothsi app and didn't buy any product, their sales team will leave no stone unturned in making your life hell by calling you unnecessarily everyday 4-5 times. This is really exhausting and irritating. I want to file police case on this Toothsi and it's promoters and also founders and specially their sales and marketing department!!!

E have got the second aligner kit where the aligners were not fitting properly, so we called the customer care and they asked us to visit Jayanagar Clinic to take the consultation. There a lady doctor she checked the 15th aligner and saw the improper fitting. So she took the re-scan of the teeth and sent to the production unit for new 2nd aligner kit on 24th Sep 2023 by 7.30PM. Doctor said we will receive the kit in approx. 15 to 20 days. Till now there is no message about it. We called to support number to check, they said on 16th Oct they have sent to production unit. Already there is a delay of 2 months in treatment and there is no SPOC assigned to us for any inconvenience caused during the treatment. Nor I have got any call from Toothsi till now. They have collected the complete treatment cost of 50000/- Need my treatment to be completed and initiate the process immediately or refund the complete amount with penalty of causing loss of restructuring of my son's teeth.

I had consulted toothsi for aligners and diring initial visit they din give me fill info.they just said this scan is enough and i will het my aligners after the cleanup of my teeth i will just again repeat a quick scan only.but later now they are adding additional steps of xray and some other things .for which i wont be able to continue andd hence i had raised call back request to cancel the plan.nobody contacted.i tried contacting cudtomer care multiple times anf they kept on tranferring calks btween different departmnet.finally one person game me maild id and i had sent cancel request multiple times in mail.Nnobody is responding.wen am raising this concern with smile buddy different people is calling amd trying to convince me to continue.now its already late and i will have to travel outside india..so i cant continue..i had not sone any steps and hence i shud be getting my refund.But nobody is rrsponding to my calls or emails

Toothsi aligner make spam calls everyday from different numbers. Initially i responded that i don't want your product then also they make spam calls everyday. I blocked 100 of number but each call comes from different numbers some of them are also not official numbers.

Hello team,
I pre-booked my treatment and paid 11000 rupees. They told me if you are not okay with the given plan, I could cancel and not process it in the future. I also want to cancel my plan They told if I cancel they will deduct 5000 without reason Please help, me

Called every few hours harrassed by this and disturbed very bad disturbing behaviour

I don't want any service from this pathetic company, they are calling and harassing me. I just want this ### to stop.

Over a month ago, I initiated a refund request after paying Rs. 11000 for a plan that I subsequently canceled. The plan wasn't suitable for me, and even the orthodontist advised against it. Despite this, I have yet to receive any response or notification regarding the refund status from their side. It has now been more than two years since I made the initial request.

They calls me everyday for information, I yell at them to not to call me again and again but they never seem to stop
In coming future I might opt for firing a FIR against toothsi

Though I have not shared any interest in their service, I am receiving multiple calls daily, from different numbers, asking for the same.

They are calling 10 times in a day everytime from a different number.

I have just enquired about toothsi for what all the procedures will be and what will be the outcomes and all general enquiry. but apart from this they started to call me every now and then as if i have something with me of them and did not stop it untill they have made me pay the payment of their desired treatment. After all these i asked him (represtative) where is the receipt then he took few minutes and mail came in whooping INR of 60960.
Without any clear explanation without any consent would the consumer needs it or not they don't think of these, for few days i felt my self a victim from jamtara scam, how they used to mob people the same way they did it.

I request for dental service wherein they enrolled me for loan without letting us know that it's a loan with bank. I was in dilemma that toothsi is providing EMI option. Now EMI is getting deducted from my account. I don't want to take service and I raised several complaints over the calls but Noone is there to answer. I have all the recordings they're just making fool and buying time instead of giving solution. Aarti, Pradip and nitesh highly unprofessional and doesn't hold capability of providing solution. They just delegate the call here n there I want strict action against them

These people promised me to provide service and taken the downpayment but did ghost me for a month and after raising multiple time to their customers care also did not help. Then when i asked for refund they did show me a policy that was never signed or shown to me!

Toothsi doctors Dr Sharvari Gavali - +[protected] can for a home visit and showed us the treatment plans and insisted on the spot payment for treatment. Instalment payments against debit card were scheduled even though we insisted do it against credit card. But to avoid midway stoppage of payment, she purposely linked to debit card so that toothsi gets full payment even after no service is given. I have reached end of my lower aligner treatment. Not only am I not happy with the end result but they have put permanent attachments which they need to remove but refuse to schedule an appointment after 4 days of follow up. Zero service or follow ups. Daily I’m calling and everyday I have to explain my situation. No dental team is calling to schedule an appointment to remove the attachments or see follow up on the progress

I have raised the refund request more than a month ago and I have paid the amount of rs.11000 and cancelled the plan as the plan doesn't suit me, even the orthodontist said it's not recommendable and so i requested for refund and still there is no response from their end nor received any message stating the refund is initiated it's been a month now.
Tried calling customer support, but their continuous response is saying your smile buddy will contact you in 24 to 48, which they don't.
And that smile buddy named Pradeep mudaliar has never contacted me after i said I want refund as i m not satisfied with the plans they have given.
A very very bad experience with toothsi i got.
When the person swipes our account before even giving us the plan but when we reject the plan that doesn't suit us, there is no response from them if we ask for refund.
This is a very bad experience I have got with toothsi ...bad responses and the smile buddy blocked me for asking about refund status.

I made the down payment of Rs.11000 on 05-May-2022 through the website. I have attached all the proof for your reference with this mail.

I have mailed the team for the cancellation of my service. The smile expert and sale representative have started ghosting me. The X-ray was taken but it has been a month and no update is given I get a call that I have to submit my X-Ray again. Multiple

I have been affected financially and I am not in a position to pay for my payment. No communication from the team for the last month has forced me to raise it on the consumer forum.

Kindly please help me to get my refund payment of Rs.11000. It's my hard-earning money which I would be needing in this down phase of my life. please help me in this case and do the needful.

I was interested in toothsi and registered. Got a call, scheduled a appointment by paying 999. I was unhappy with the price and informed that It is not affordable for me.
I got couple if calls next 2 days and I explained them the same. But after that calls did not stop. It was continuous, irritating till now it's been more than 4 months. This is rediculos. I told them that I am gonna complaint and they seems to be not bothered at all. Kindly do the needful here.

Getting 3-4 calls each day for the past 1month even on weekend. Even after saying that I am not interested on the service.

They said total cost would be Rs.44999. As am not financially stable, I requested toothsi support team via email "[protected]@toothsi.in" to cancel my plan and asked to refund my down payment on 19-JUNE-2023 itself.

Since i requested for refund, they are not responding, always their support team telling smilebuddy team call, but they are not giving any confirmation of my refund payment request initiated. they are telling always its not possible regardless of not opting any service. they are not giving escalation matrix and contact number also. seriously not able to understand why they are taking this much of time to initiate refund of payment Rs.11000 after i requeted them properly.

Kindly please help me to get my refund payment Rs.11000. Its my hard earning money. please team, please help me.

Initially they were all super responsive. I paid 52000 for my plan and had to submit my X-rays and other documents. When I did, the orthodontist said the alignment of the underbite isn’t possible with aligners. So they said we’ll upgrade you to prime plan free of cost. I was asked to send another gum assessment document, after which they stopped responding to my calls. I tried reaching out 7/8 times via chat and 3/4 times via call. Every single time they said they’d contact my person of contact to call me back and I didn’t receive the call from her till now. I wanted to seek refund and cancel the plan but they’ve stopped responding.
