Toothsi — They did not provide the service they promised and not refunding my money back

I wanted to get my teeth fixed and inquired about it. I purchased the impression kit and got my VC scheduled with an online doctor of toothsi, who asked me for some images of my tooth to see what needs to be fixed and how many months it would take to fix it. She said it is a relatively easy fix and it will take 5-6 months. She showed me the total pay plan and I opted for an EMI based option and paid a sum of 11000 as the first payment. The total pay would be around 50K. After this some one called me from the operation department asking for clinical visit to which I was suprised as the doctor said it might not be required in my case. I was asked to go visit a dentist in my hometown at 6:30 pm (I especially took an early leave from my work to go to the clinic). When I want there, the doc asked my case history and checked my teeth with a mirror and asked me to come tomorrow stating that he does not have the tools right now to take my tooth impressions (PS- I took the impression kit which came few days before from toothsi upon paying 1400 for it). I told him that it won't be possible as I took a leave and came here in the evening. He said come at 7 pm tomorrow, he will check me not a problem. It was raining the next day and because I had given the commitment I went there only to find that there was no one in the clinic. When I asked one of the staff, he said don't know and called the doc. Initially he said- you are at home? Can you come here a patient is waiting. Then after sometime his conversation went as - "Oh, you are doing an operation?" and asked me to come next day in the morning. I messaged the person from toothsi who scheduled my visit, but neither he picked up the call not he replied to my messages, untill some day after I scolded him off that they are frauds. He called me immediately and asked if my Smile Buddy contacted me to which I was surprised because no one contacted me other than him for 2 weeks. This was 14th Aug. I asked him to give the call to the decision making people in his team, I taked to further people who claimed to be manager or something from this & that department, all to persuade me to again go and visit another clinic and continue with the service that I have no longer trust in. The funny part is they are showing my refund policy on the service that I didn't even get and trying to manipulate things.
