Toplite Holidays — Not starting holidays after full payment

I have been to Andaman I august 2022.i had taken holiday package from toplite holidays.and paid full payment of 2.75 lacs to them now they are not responding.mr salman and azim explained the package.and now they are not responding at all.i feel I am been cheated.please help me out.
