Order Id : # 393100, Return ID:#4360. I have purchased below products with price on 31st July'21 from Touch LCD portal.
1. Front Glass for Huawei P10 Lite - ₹.319/- Which is not available
2. LCD Combo of Infocus snap4 - ₹.1400/-
3. Huawei P10 Lite full body housing - ₹.800/-

total of ₹.2519Rs, The products that I received are not in a good condition as I complaint to return the product - they ask me to courier back to their address with own expenses. I couriered with ₹.70 then also they deducted ₹.149 for courier charges for unconditional products. Poor customer support, lack of communication updates, worst services.

Still I haven't received the refund amount ₹.319 & ₹.2200/-

Transfer my refund amount ₹.319 & ₹.2200/- asap to updated account details on your portal other wise I will complain in consumer rights.

i have purchased iphone 5s touch display from this website and product delivered to me in broken condition . I contacted them immediately about their product problem but they didn't reply.

On 17 september it was delivered and they replied me on 22 september said upload front and back image to review and its been 7 days they don't even seen that message nor they providing any information about product return . As they have described while purchasing .. When i ordered they called me on same day for confirmation of order .. But when product is faulty and i want to return they not providing any information now

This is a fraudulent unscrupulous enterprise. Keep away if you do not want to end-up, feeling helpless, miserable and … Duped!!
Marauding behind the virtual walls of the internet ‘space’, this outfit of generational conmen, feature mobile spare parts, they seldom have, those that receive consistent searches, and on receiving the order for the delusional part(s), and having pocketed the ill-gotten money, proceed to dispatch a lesser or dissimilar product, thus closing the sales loop.
On receiving the expected part back for replacement or refund, transport to be borne by unsuspecting YOU, you r then set into a meaningless orbital loop of amateurish ‘customer service agents’, and u end up banging ur head against that very virtual wall to no avail. Most give up, accepting their fate and loss of faith, and those who pursue will be wonder on how they could have ended up in this obvious online scam.!
The online platform for sales, support and services offers generational & seasoned pro-swindlers a perfect foil and camouflage to raise easy money, destroying genuine customer confidence, trust for the system n faith in genuine biz models and raises the stock of online scams victims!.
Touchlcdhouse is a house built on the premise, intent and foundation of CONNERY and of prime need is that the outfit must receive the backlash of the law. The face of law must be slapped on the backsides and front of these despicable men (& women), the news of which, will offer some succor n redemption to the numerous victims of such blatant Connery!!.
My Rs. 1785/- that I paid against an mobile display spares, that they never had in physical stock, was closed yesterday, after over two months of depressing follow-ups, with a REFUND of Rs. 1602/-. On what account have they deducted Rs. 193/-!. This they claim, very professionally, is 149/- towards shipping charges, for the WRONG product they very unprofessionally & intentionally dispatched, and 44/- towards PayTM charges!!!. In other words, the customer pays for their own errors!!. The cost that I incurred towards reshipping the wrong item to them, is happily ignored!!!. I have ended up with a loss of over 295/-, and a notional loss many times over!!!. Typical baniya mentality and hackneyed business ethics.!!
Btw, the product that they just did not/don’t have, still features on their website as available!!!. Touchlcdhouse..a house that NO ONE MUST …TOUCH!!!

I had placed a combo order for my phone
from Touch Lcd House on 03/07/2021 which cost Rs.1786. ( Order Id. 362395) I received this product on 7th July,
which was a broken combo, in relation to this I filed a return request,
and called Costumer Service, I was told that you will get the answer in 48 hours,
I will daily from 8th July 2021 I am calling Touch Lcd House but my problem is not resolved and
today (on 25/09/2021 )it was told by the company that you will not return the product

I have purchase a LCD with Touch Screen for Panasonic mobile display p85nxt Order no-436452 from TOUCH LCD HOUSE . The product have been delivered on 16/09/2021 but products not working and I have register the complaint for returning the product on 20/09/2021 DTDC courier.After some days I have call the customer care also
When it is successfully delivered 22/09/2021

I have purchased Motorola Mobile Main Camera Module (INR 1300) but delivered a wrong item (which is not the product shown in the website) and after that no response in whatsapp or phone no. or return message also not responded. I returned (couriered) with my expense to their address and successfully received by them too. I have been cheated as it looks as its almost 2 months now, no refund or no replacement and no response too from this seller (https://www.touchlcdhouse.com).

Fake company, they seems to be appear always online on whatsApp but will never respond you, they will see your message and ignore it.
