I have Ordered a touch Lcd (combo folder) from Touch Lcd House (order Id 521816) at 28/12/2021 and receive the product at 6/1/2022. But i received a Defective Product ( image 1 : display working in opposite direction) . I talked to the customer care of Touch Lcd House, they told me to upload the product images so i uploaded the images on their website. After 2 days they told me to send the product to them by my own money so i send them by same curiour in same box ( image 2) at 15/1/2021

I have all the videos from receiving the product from curiour and before sending them the product.

Now they uploaded a different product's imgage and rejected my product warranty ( image 2)

Dear Touch Lcd House please return my Rs 1900 money with Rs250 extra which i have paid for delivery charges.
I have enough proof to prove your fault. Return my money, other wise I will take legal action.

This company is false they sent to broken display on 12 jan i complained about it the very next day so they said send us the picture of the product i did then after that i got reply on 21st jan which is today now they say send us unboxing video what the hell i am running any youtube channel here that i will make unboxing video ok so here is my demand that SEND ME THE PACKING VIDEO THAT YOU PEOPLE MIGHT HAVE MADE WHILE PACKING YOUR SO CALLED TESTED PRODUCT I WANT A VIDEO OF PACKING. and they sold me the display on extea amount they mentioned 1300 Rs on site but when they called for conformation they asked for 1600 Rs. service is veryyyyyyyy bad they dont reply on whatsapp they dont receive calls they have given wrong mail id on site .. false people

I have ordered Gionee max LCD screen combo, they delivered defective product and I have asked them for replacement but they refuse to comments, then I have posted this issues on this forum, they immediately replied and asked me to return the same products for replacement, after receiving defective product they again started acting same old behaviours, I have wrote several mails to them in span of one month after couriered this defective product but only once they have replied that they are still working on it, looking at their deliberately avoiding this issues than I have requested them to refund my full amount as I have doubts that they might send same defective product in terms of replacement issue, this firm is 100% fraudulent

I ordered mobile display for my Samsung J2 on[protected]. It is delivered to me on[protected]. But they sent wrong product. I asked replacement and they agreed. They asked me to return the product for replacement and I sent back to them. It is delivered to them on[protected]. After that they didn't respond any of my messages. I called them more than 5 times and their responses were very lethorgical. They are showing the status as waiting for product even it is delivered. My name is Vaikundam and the order ID is 503366.

I had called them several times for refund and the product purchased has not been delivered. They say they will cancel and refund but they never do.

I m not buying from this company again.

I had ordered micromax in 1b display combo but it didn't work i had to return and replace but second time also it didn't work..so I asked to refund my money..now it's been 2 months..thy didn't refund..they have been saying that you get link by tomorrow. But they are not responding properly

I placed Zenfone 3 touch display combo order on 3 dec 2021. My order status was not changed from "New order" even after a week, then i cancelled the order. My order id is 504107 i didn't get any refund and There is no reply from customer care when I tried to contact them via email/WhatsApp/calls.

This company is big fraud, they just cheat on poor people, I received LCD display assy. defective and when I have asked for replacement they disconnected all the communication links. When I have approached through consumer complaint forums they realized and closed my ticket, later remarked... return successfully, which they have not done.

Not giving refund for return even after two months, i had to pay return currier charges for defetive product.They dont pickup and even after approval of return shows refund awaited on website, every time i email no reply, on call say link not generating for refund...

I have bought mobile screen by paying online and found that it's defective. Requested for replacement but not responding to mails nor whatsapp. Phone number is 24x7 busy. Kindly replace defective product immediately.

I have order OnePlus 5 lcd and display a ₹2, 799.00.
Money has been deducted from y account after that neighter they have delivered my product nor received any update about product.
Neighter received mail not sms.

This company is collecting money fro customer and not supplying product.

Government should have seal this company and its bank account.

I had ordered Sony Xperia R1 plus display folder for Rs 5100 but they delivered defective product. The company is not replacing the product or refunding. I have called already 30 times but they are just making excuses. About 30 days have passed. Kindly take some action.

Touch lcd house Is very big fraud company, I ordered a charging flex cable worth rs. 309 (order no #374523), company delivered wrong product, I returned product by courier and paid 40 rs from my own pocket, they didn't reply about my order even a single time, I registered complaint so many times but company didn't any response to me, after 3 months company return only 152 rs. and close the complaint, everyone please aware like that fraud by this company, I am highly recommend to everyone do not place any order to 'touch lcd house'. I'll share it in social sites also to aware the people

Order Id : # 393100, Return ID:#4360. I have purchased below products with price on 31st July'21 from Touch LCD portal.
1. Front Glass for Huawei P10 Lite - ₹.319/- Which is not available
2. LCD Combo of Infocus snap4 - ₹.1400/-
3. Huawei P10 Lite full body housing - ₹.800/-

total of ₹.2519Rs, The products that I received are not in a good condition as I complaint to return the product - they ask me to courier back to their address with own expenses. I couriered with ₹.70 then also they deducted ₹.149 for courier charges for unconditional products. Poor customer support, lack of communication updates, worst services.

Still I haven't received the refund amount ₹.319 & ₹.2200/-

Transfer my refund amount ₹.319 & ₹.2200/- asap to updated account details on your portal other wise I will complain in consumer rights.
