I have ordered 2 nos of back panel cover for my realme-1 and Lumia 640xl lte on 20/05/2021. Till now it's neither delivered to me or not despatched from lcd house office. That's why I cancelled my order 2 days 31/05/2021 through mail and what's app. But till now the order amount is not credited to my account. Whenever I make call they told that despatch within 2 to 3 days. But till now it is not despatched or not refund. Pls help me regarding this issue

I have purchased Vivo V5 Display And Touch Screen Glass With Frame - Black from Touch LCD House on[protected], and my Order ID: #320643. the amount of Complete set 1650 Rs. and they sent only Touch Screen and LCD only. not back frame. Within 30 minutes I have raise a complaint on Touch Screen Portal and my return ID is 3165. and I also called him on there number and the customer support executive is very rude and they are not accepting their fault or Mistake and behaving like a don. and after so many discussion they said they will reply with in 24-48 hours i wait 72 and than again i call their customer care number, same person again pick the phone and same reply with same talking way. i also sent some photos as per they required on their WhatsApp number and now they said wait for more two-three days. this is my worst experience with any online selling service. person who talking on customer service number have no sense how to talk with customer and how to treat customer. and they are talking like they are don and the said, do what you want to do and they are not listing and not resolving my problem. I think they are cheating all the customer because i have seen lots of complaint against him.

I have ordered wrong item and ask for return which is approved Order id 268018. So i return it using india post which they already received tracking no EE[protected]IN. Item price is rs.1600 i have contacted through return detail along with whatsapp but they will not reply and would'nt pick up my call. Need Help

I am taken the Micromax 1B combo display buy now online payment by Google pay but my order is not complete this is fraud website guys

I ordered the product "Infinix zero 5 pro display and touch screen" via online payment of Rs 3267/-. My order ID is 279632. Before ordering the product I contacted this company number showing in the website and asking about the product availability, rate and shipping details etc.. after that only I have ordered and done online payment, it was all on same date 7th April 2021.
After ordering I had waited till 13th April 2021 (5 days). On that day I contacted this company (number showing in the website) and they said that the item is out of stock and inform me to wait for next 2 days ( till 15th April 2021). When I contacted them on 15th April 2021, again they said it is out of stock, but the same time website showing product is available ( till 12th May 2021) and I said to cancel the product and refund the amount, then they mention it will take 5 to 7 days for refund, kindly wait for those days, (22nd April 2021).
Till this day 12th May 2021 they haven't initiated for refund of money.
After 22nd April 2021, several times I had contacted them, sometimes their reply is, will be refunding you in 2 to 3 days or their account department is closed for few days or again says it will take 2 to 3 days, or the issue will be resolve account department very soon. These are the replies given by them. Now its one month over, yet they haven't proceed for refund. Many times I had contacted through Email and mobile number giving in the website.
For the Emails they should not be giving replies. From the date of my order 7th April 2021 to 12th May 2021 (this day) their website shows item is available, I haven't seen a word like out of stock on those days in the website, and not changed to product availability to out of stock.
From the date of order 7th April 2021 on the website, the status of product is "New order" till now, yet they haven't changed to the status for cancellation.

Very fake website and service, I request the people not to buy any product from this website. They are cheating the people who doing payment by online. I am real experienced person, my Rs. 3267/- with them, they are not suppose to resolving the issue. People who can check for Infinix zero 5 pro display price. I think there is some price drop in product right now.
When would be resolving this issue.

I have ordered a back panel of oppo realme 1 through online payment on 9 april still it is not packed and shipped. Even i have request to give my refund before 2 days but whenever i call at their contact number all of their agent said refund will come in your account upto evening or next day but still their is nothing done.

Then I requested Refund they still (as on 31/03/2021) not paid to me - They are keep on saying wait for 48 hours, Replay from them their is some technical issue (past 23 Days)- stupid behaviors from support, Even they don't have money to pay refund. I am order j6 camera order id 243868 .but after price error i cancelled order. And after 3 month its not refunded. Please take action to touch lcd house . It is fake site.

This company has not given me back my money even after the product had been returned on[protected] and they said they'll refund me back within 24-48hours or 2-3days which they had said continuosly, they haven't even refund me back my money even to this day only giving false hope.
I would like to file a complaint on this company for fraud and misdirecting on online businesses.
Bringing shame to not only the Online Business but also bringing shame to our own people and their parent's teachings. This is quite remarkable for a company to fraud even after being on the mainland and earn money of people who trusted them and bought their so-called-Orginal-product which infact is a default one.
I request the Indian Customer Helpline to please put a stop to this kind of frauds and if so there is any lack of proof towards them I will happily send all the details regarding it.

I ordered a samsung j2 pro combo from their site.First they delivered wrong product which does not fit my mobile.I have contacted them to return they said they will pickup and when it reaches back to them they will refund. It reached to them but they did not refund instead they sent back the same product again to me.They are forcing for replacement when i wanted to return.

So i placed the order & pay the full amount of 427/- (INR) using my debit card.

But after receiving the order they reply me with an email saying "OUT OF STOCK-1"

I called them many time to initiate the refund as they don't have any stock left But, they do noting at all.

So, I request you to take all the necessary action against them & solve my problem.

I purchased Samsung mobile combo product but received detect product. I returned on 23rd January and since then they are not refunding my amount. Every time I call they keep repeating the same thing that your concern have been highlighted and will be resolved in 48hrs.

I ordred a display of realme 2. i got my product from them. buy the touch is not working. i lost my money. i contacted them mobile and through mail. but they didnt gave any replay. i thing i cheeted. my order id is:- 226090. these guys are fraud.

I purchased moto g5 plus combo panel from their website. After the order is placed and payment is done. they told me after I've called that the product price is increased so they will send a link for more payment. I told them to refund me asap. but the refund still not initiated.

I ordered a LCD screen combo for Lenovo P2 for 3599 Rs. First they delayed in dispatching the order. After receiving it was found faulty. They said there is no return courier from my place. So I spend 70 Rs and shipped it back to them. I called them and asked for replacement and a refund of 70 Rs. I received the 70 Rs refund and they send me another LCD which was worst than the first. Again I paid 100 Rs and sent it back. I called them and they said they will refund the amount plus courier charges. I also received and email that they will look into the refund process. When i call them now they are not answering and the auto call says that i have tried to reach them during non working houra, when it is the working time i called them. I need the refund of Rs 3699.

I paid R/S 366.20 from my RBL credit card to buy itell it 5020 model phone full body at your company. But, I have not yet received the it 5020 full body of the phone. No information was received as a message. So, I need an immediate answer or my refunt amount R/S 366.20 QUICKLY !.. PLEASE SIR!... I called customer service of touchlcdhouse they told send pictures after that they blocked my no and not responding... Plz refund my money..
