I have placed the order on 30 th of July and done the payment by the same time itself.After 2 days as i haven't received any information I contacted the team and they haven't answered so within a couple of days I have requested for the cancellation.But till yet it hasn't get approved.Mean while i tried to contact them .Before 3 days when I phoned one of their customer executive said that it will refunded within 24 hours.But yet haven't received.Feels really awful . TOUCH LCD HOUSE is full of scammers.Dont believe it.

First time i made order Samsung A51 5g while they sending me I found my phone is not 5g support then i made a new order A51 model this time i gave a payment ₹1833.0 on 6/8/2022 order no.#691269 they sent me on email they told me that my order is not A51 it's A51 5g same product then they told me to cancell then i make cancel my order but they didn't refund my money till today i sent many mail to refund my money but they won't answer me...

They asked me to sent the photo of the defected part, than they asked me to sent the replacement on a particular address, . So i sent the replacement from Trackon courier on 19 th May 2022 by paying ₹150 from my pocket as they asked me to do so. The tracking ID of the courier is [protected], and they received the replacement on 23rd May. It has been one month from that day, they are not picking my phone and if by chance they pick it, they say that they have send my replaced product, and when I ask for courier tracking id they refuse to tell me. They are just lying and making fool of me. I am also having the call recording of what they have said to me.I have spent a total of ₹1518 till now. My time and money is wasted because of this company. They are neither refunding my money not replacing my order. This website created a lot of trouble for me, it is a completely fraud website. I am feeling like my mind is getting Torcherd because of this website. Such companies should be banned. Please 🙏 ask this fraud website to refund my money.

3 to 4 days back I ordered lava x41 plus touch replacement I waited for the tracking number and order update but no update is shown now I have canceled my order I have mailed them to refund my money but they didn't reply back

Touch lcd house is not returning my order
And not responding to call and email always auto respons occur it was very worst experience for me.

I have ordered ibal avid grey colour touch combo from the website www.touchlcdhouse.com worth rs. 1883 and paid the amount via credit card to the company on 31st of May and I have also got payment confirmation and the order started to show on their site (order no- #649916) and since then it is showing new order only.

I had ordered a Display folder (Panasonic eluga a3) but they delivered a defective piece, so i have already returned the defective pice and asked them to replace it with good one, but now they are not answer my call . I have already paid the full amount. Please help me resolve these issues.
