Toyota — innova crysta bridgestone tyre issues within 32k

3 tyres had tyre wall damage issues. Have given complaint to Bridgestone through Ravindu toyota . Bridgestone rejected the complaints and replacement request. These tyre have very poor design and not suitable for Indian road conditions. Of course tyre burst issues are not

Surprised to see TOYOTA IS RISKING CUSTOMERS LIVES BY choosing such a poor tyres. Deeply disappointed with the quality of service. Will hesitate to buy anymore cars from toyota. One tyre damage happened when I was driving at 30kmph

Last week i have done servicing and was good experience but unfortunately they have linked my mobile number to many vehicles, and now I am getting too many sms and calls from dealers. I am requesting them to change the same but somehow they are not doing the changes.
Please look into it urgently
