Toyota — irresponsible response from your radha krishna showroom, sanath nagar | |||
Dear Sir, This is regarding the service issues with your Radha Krishna Toyota Showroom situated at Sanathnagar. I have given my Toyota Fortuner (TS08GK 2225) for servicing two months before as there was clutch problems on long trips. But the mechanic at the showroom didn't sort out the issue and just said that this is common in every vehicle. After repeated perusals they didn't sort the issue at that time. And I was forced to take the vehicle away without any repair. Now after two months I have faced the same issue and your staff is repeating the same story. Due to my force your mechanic had gone with my driver to the outer ring road from Sanathnagar. but the vehicle stopped in the middle at Kompally due to the same clutch problem and brought back. This is not the first time this type of issues have been created by your staff at Sanathnagar.. Previously when I had Innova vehicle, the same type of irresponsible behavior was faced by the Sanathnagar Staff and had to shift to your Kondapur Showroom for service related issues. So request you to take appropriate action against this type of irresponsible behavior of your staff and avoid the inconvenience to the regular customers. Regards, B Surender Babu, [protected].
