Dear Toyota Team,
I am Nighil M, one of your Toyota customers. I would like to bring to your attention the ongoing issue with the music system in my vehicle (Hycross ZXO), which I have been reporting since February 2025.
I have visited the Toyota service centre multiple times for repairs, inspections, and follow-ups, spending significant business hours each time. During my last visit, your representative advised me to leave the vehicle at the showroom for detailed rectification and assured that a replacement vehicle would be provided for my personal use. I had accept the same and around on week I had used your glanza vehicle.
However, after inspection, the technician informed me that the problem was due to an issue with my mobile phone. Based on this feedback, I sold my iPhone 16 Pro Max and purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro Max. Unfortunately, the same issue continues to persist even with the new device.
This situation has caused considerable inconvenience, time loss, and unnecessary expenses for me. I strongly feel that this is not acceptable from a brand like Toyota.
Therefore, I request you to kindly replace the entire music system unit at the earliest, as I no longer wish to undergo further service visits for the same unresolved problem.
