Dear Team,

My car (Toyota Glanza G) went to showroom (KAIZEN TOYOTA RAIPUR ) on dated 27th June 2023 for repairing purpose, Till date car has not repaired and still lying at showroom . I have been been told that spare parts are not available that's the reason it is taking Time.

I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. While I do understand that some delay would happen in case of accidental damage and repairing back to customer but This is not the type of Experience I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.

I demand that I should be providing instant solution to my problem and as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money. I am facing issue in daily routine work as My car is standing at showroom since last 24 days, It's a big shame if such a big brand like TOYOTA unable to deliver upto the customer expectation.

Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. My expectations are high; please don’t disappoint me again.

if This does not resolve in 2 days, I will go for social media complaint.

    Booked Innova in early feb. Was promised delivery in 3-4 months. It's more than 5 months and they are still not committing when will I get the car. Dealer days they are not receiving any cars from Toyota while other dealers are giving to customers.
    Every month they say they are not getting cars.

      I have booked Toyota Hycross in 5 December 2022 this is just first week of booking launch date. my tentative date of delivery is given as May 2024. Almost 18 months.
      My order number is ORD[protected].

      I feel 18 month for someone who have booked in first week of booking launch doesn’t look genuine and some foreplay. Requesting to launch proper audit of respective dealers and how the waiting date calculated for each dealer and variant. No transparency!

        No refund and No delivery upon booking

        On February, 2022 We have booked Toyota Fortuner at Leela Krishna Automobiles, Vishakapatnam and paid 1, 00, 000 through Netbanking. We were given 3 months delivery period. But even after that period, they aren't able to deliver the car as promised and closed their showrooms abruptly. Have been trying to follow up for months still no response and all the concerted person's numbers have become not reachable including the ones provided by Customer...

        I have purchased used car from Heritage Toyota Ranchi in June, 2022 and he promised me to transfer Ownership but he didn't transfer ownership yet, I have told him so many time but they told me only paper is in progress,
        From January, 2023 my vehicle fitness is also expired and I am unable to renewed vehicle fitness due to non transfer of ownership,
        So please transfer my vehicle ownership as soon as.

          I had reported a sensor issue related my vehicle Toyota urban cruiser. Based on there verification they found its have a problem with reverse sensor. As they don't have the stock at that time they informed they will call once the parts arrived. Its almost a month over still did not get a responds.
          Please look this issue considerably.

            For your kind information I booked a Hyryder V Hybrid e Drive, Midnight Black at Topsel Toyota, 719 Anandapur, Kolkata 700107 on 30th September 2022, Booking No.2464. April 23 was the committed date from the dealer's end, however they had promised to deliver the car within January February of 2023.

            On 16th March 23, the dealer told me that the car will be delivered soon and asked me to get the loan from Bank, The loan was approved by the HDFC Bank but till date I did not get the car and the loan became inactive after 30 days.

            Please let me know when I will get the car. Also, if you cannot comply with commitment to deliver the car in proper time then why are you taking bookings and playing with the sentiments of the buyers.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the delay in the delivery of my Toyota Hycross hybrid Zxo Pearl white vehicle, with booking reference #TCB[protected]NCR and PayID #pay_KkDPlzspRDJt5K, for which I paid a sum of ₹50, 000 on the very first day of booking, i.e., 25th November 2022. My name is Gelix George, and I am a resident of Thrissur, Kerala. My contact number is [protected], and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com.

              It has been almost six months since I made the booking, and every time I approach the dealer M/s. Nippon in Thrissur, they claim that they have no information about the delivery schedule from Toyota. I have been patiently waiting for my car to be delivered, but the lack of information and delay in the delivery has caused me significant inconvenience and hardship.

              I sold my car five months back, and since then, I have been without a vehicle. This has caused me considerable difficulties, including having to rely on public transport, which is not always reliable or convenient. It is very irresponsible on the part of Toyota to delay the delivery and not provide any information about the delivery schedule.

              I understand that production and delivery delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances, but it is not acceptable that there has been no communication or updates from Toyota regarding the delivery of my vehicle. As a customer, I deserve to be informed about the status of my booking and the expected delivery date.

              I am now at a crossroads, and I must decide whether to wait for the delivery of my vehicle or cancel the booking and look for another brand. I urge you to provide me with an accurate delivery date and assurance that the delivery will happen as per schedule. If there is any further delay, I may have to cancel my booking and seek a refund of my deposit.

              I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and address them at the earliest. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

                I am Kandasubburaj from Chennai, have booked a Innova Hycross ZX(O) in the month of November 2022 at Lanson Toyota, Chennai in our company name (Contact number [protected]) . Dealer promised delivery of the vehicle within four months from booking and informed that my booking is serial number 4 with the dealers list. But until today it is not delivered and there is no commitment from the dealer. It is unfortunate that not even four vehicles have not been allotted to one major dealer in Chennai. If that is the case why Toyota has launched this variant without manufacturing capacity. Is Toyota is trying to create an artificial image about its demand for the vehicle ? or trying to allocate the vehicles to other customers who have booked after me. Even the communication is not transparent. Very disappointed and feels cheated by a Japanese company.

                  INNOVA HYCROSS ZX(O) PEARL WHITE

                  At the time of booking the vehicle, we were given a tentative delivery date in March 2023.

                  Citing shortage of vehicle allotment from TKM, we were subsequently given tentative delivery as April 2023.

                  We are again informed there is a shortage of vehicles from TKM & delivery is not done till date.

                  I was again given tentative delivery in May 2023 by Branch Sales Manager but was informed by the Sales Executive that delivery is not possible in May 2023 as well.

                  I have highlighted this concern to Toyota Kirloskar Motors customer service team & accordingly received a Complaint Number: TCM04231xxxxx. Unfortunately, there is no response from TKM even after highlighting this issue multiple times. Even beyond the TAT informed by the customer service associates, there is no response.

                  All our mails & phone calls to customer service team is unanswered.

                    I made a booking for Toyota Glanza G AMT on 10th Feb 2023 at Uttam Toyota Noida.

                    However, due to postponement of plans, canceled it on 21st Mar 2023.

                    Till date (43 Days) my refund is pending which I was promised to be completed by 20 Days maximum.

                    I have made multiple follow-ups via phone, whatsapp and even visiting the dealer, yet no resolution.

                      I had booked a SUV with Galaxy Toyota Shalimar Place Near Rohini Jail on 14th Dec 2022 with payment of Rs 25000/-
                      I again visited on 22nd April 2023 (Saturday) for Part Payment. But Cashier has refused to take payment by Credit Card and ask for extra charges i.e 2%. I came back home and enquired from my Bank (CITI Bank) . Is there legally allowed to take 2% extra. MY bank told me it is totally illegal.
                      Kindly look into my matter and take appropriate action against the dealer.

                          I booked my toyota innova hycross with galaxy Toyota motinagar on 27.11 2022.
                          But till now the didn't give my car .my booking muber is according to galaxy Toyota is 33.sins last 4 month they deliver so many cars of same variant.when I ask them how much car u sale of same variant.after 27 11 2022.they didn't reply then I file a F IR AGIANS THEM PLZ PROVIDE THE DEATIL .FOR CUSTIMER SATUSFACTION.OTERWISE I THINK THAT ITS A BIG SCAM OF BLACK MARKETING .BY SALES MANAGER OF GALAXYTOYAO

                            My vehicle a Toyota Crysta Innova was sent for service on Sunday 9th April 2023. Vehicle registration number was DL8CAQ3008. I was not explained the estimate as the advisor (Ravi) fell ill and left for the day. Specific work like repairing the nozel of the wiper which I had asked for was not done, and neither was I informed that it was not done. I received a call from a Nitin who asked me to make a payment for 22 k. When I asked for the details he was extremely rude. I questioned the invoice as I saw. charge for 3 k for 1 lac km which was not told to me when I sent the vehicle for servicing. Neither could Nitin nor Rohit explain to me what these charges were for, other than the fact that they charge the same across India.

                            I am extremely unhappy the way the service was done and would not consider buying another Toyota vehicle if this is the level of service which is to be expected.

                              I am writing to express my deep disappointment and utter frustration with the way you have handled the delivery of vehicles. It has been over five months since the launch of the vehicle, and yet you have failed to deliver to pre-booked customers like myself. It begs the question, why did you even launch the vehicle if you cannot meet the demand?

                              I pre-booked the HYCROSS ZX(O) (Pearl white) back in October 2022, and yet I still have not received my vehicle. I booked at Ravindu on Victoria road in Karnataka, which is located near your plant. As a loyal customer and, it is appalling to see that you are giving preference to other states and influential people over your customers in Karnataka.

                              It is unacceptable that you are delivering vehicles to highly influenced people and politicians while ignoring the needs of loyal customers like myself. As a company, you have failed to uphold your commitment to customer satisfaction, and it is disappointing to see the lack of professionalism in your delivery system.

                              Furthermore, your booking priorities throughout PAN India are in disarray. It is shameful that customers who booked after me are receiving their vehicles before me, while I am still waiting for mine. It shows a lack of proper management and respect for customers who pre-booked your product.

                              I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and streamline your delivery process. If you cannot fulfill pre-booked orders on time, then do not take bookings. Your failure to meet the needs of loyal customers like myself will only damage your reputation and credibility in the market.

                                Your dealer in Ludhiana (Globe Toyota) are cheating Customers as Cars are sold to those whose give High Premium and those who have genuinely booked with them are put in waiting list for Months to year.. they have put Toyota Brand Value & customer's trust on Brand at Stake and Challeging Toyota car distribution policy
