Complaint regarding refund of Booking amount

I had made a booking for Toyota Glanza G on[protected] at Ansari Toyota Parimpora Byepass Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir.
I waited for the vehicle for two months, but due to unavailability of the mentioned model I had to cancel the booking. audio and video system locked for glanza car

I had received a call from sharayo totyta bhosari branch showroom, regarding fuel pump inspection as per toyota suggestion and it is compulsory for all glanza car.

I'm complaining about the branch manager and company illegal work

The wasan toyota chembur branch doing illegal works they make approval from higher officer with the help of good quality cars and then they fix the approved parts to the vip not to touristers and acts as they rejected the approval of touristers. I have taken an used innova car (Kl11 ax 3547) through amanna toyota u trust. Toyota u trust has certified the quality of the car and based on that i have purchased the car. Next day i had a pooja and after that car didn’t start. My driver pushed the car and got it started and he bought the car to bangalore

Horrible and pathetic service

It has been more than 3 days since i have launched a complaint with toyota. Still no response. I would get better service from a roadside vendor. I feel like i am being scammed by toyota. I am not able to use my car for more than 2 months due issues in the car and on top of it toyota dealers in pune are not giving any appointment for servicing. Poor service at Anamalais Toyota tirunelveli

1) Engine Vibration at Idle/ Neutral position.
